Abstract

본 발명은 만곡 표면에 연결되어 매우 큰 만곡 반경을 갖는 외측 표면과 하측 부품중 구형 표면으로 구성된 하측 캡을 가지는 외판으로 이루어진 밀폐형 압축기에 관한 것이다 상기 만곡 표면을 가지는 외측 표면의 연결 반경은 상측 캡에 결합되어 상측 일부에 위치한 밴드 높이의 최소한 절반이다. 외측 표면은 비대칭 3열 형처를 이루는 상측 캡 연속적으로 뻗어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 외판(shell)의 사시도이고
제2도는 제1도의 2-2선을 따라 절단해서 본 단면도이며
제3도는 제1도의 받침대(foot) 부분의 상세도이다

Claims (9)

  1. 외판을 밀폐시키는 방식으로 하나가 다른 것에 연결되어 있는 상측 및 하측 캡과, 이의 작동동안 외판을 정확한 의치에 배치시킬 수 있도록 상기 하측 캡에 고정되어 있는 받팀대로 구성된 외판로 이루어지며, 상기 하측 캡은 만곡 표면에 연결되어 매추 큰 만곡 반경을 갖는 외측 표면으로 구성되고, 상기 두개의 만곡 표면중 텃번째 것은 외측면에 연결되고 두번째 것은 다른 외측면에 연결되며, 하측 부품중 하측 캡은 구형이고 상측 부품중 상측 캡에 하나의 밴드가 연결되어 있으며, 상기 각각의 외측 표면은 상기 상측 캡상에 연속적으로 뻗어 있는 제1 및 제2만곡 표면에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 모터 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하측 캡의 외측 표면은 상기 모터 압축기의 수평측에 대해 기울어져 있으며 평행하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 모터 압축기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상측 캡에 연결된 밴드가 상기 외측 평면과 상기 만곡 표면이 연결되는 반경 높이의 적어도 두배인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 모터 압축기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나가 다른 것에 연결되어 있는 제2만곡 표면이 코너 -엣지를 형성하며, 상기 연결 반경이 상기 밴드 높이의 2배보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 모터 압축기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외측면상에 전기 커넥터가 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 모터 압축기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상측 캡은 이의 상측 벽이 평평한 비대칭 3열형태와 유사한 헝태를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 모터압축기.
  7. 외판을 밀폐시키는 방식으로 하나가 다른 것에 연결되어 있는 상측 및 하측 캡과, 이의 작동동안 외판을 정확한 위치에 배치시킬 수 있도록 상기 하측 캡에 고정되어 있는 받침대로 구성돈 외판로 이루어지며, 상기 두 개의 만곡 표면중 첫번째 것은 외측면에 연결되고 두번째 것은 서로서로에 연결되며, 하측 부품을 하측 캡은 받침대가 고정되어 있는 두 개의 평면을 포함하며, 상기 평편들은 구형 표면에 의해 서로서로에 연결되고, 상기 캡은 상측 캡에 연결되어 있는 하나의 밴드보다 높은 위치에 형성되며, 상기 각각워 외측 표면은 상기 제1 및 제2만곡 표면에 연결되어 상기 상측 캡상에 연속적으로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 모터 압축기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 받침대는 역 U자형 부품에 의해 하나가 다른 것에 연결되어 있는 두개의 돌기부로 구성되며, 상기 역 U자형 부품의 바닥면은 상기 구형 표면에 연결된 평면에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 모터 압축기.
