Abstract

본 발명은 2-행정 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스중의 아산화질소함량의 저감방법에 관한 것으로서, 최소한 하나의 실린더(5)로 이루어지고, 터빈(8)과 압축기(2)로 구성된 과급군이 구비된 엔진에 관한 것이다. 압측행정중에 실린더는 과급군에 의해 새로운 공기로 충진되고, 압축행정이 종료할 무렵에 연료를 분사한다. 연소동작증에 실린더내에서 생성된 배기가스량으로부터 최소 5 내지 최대 40중량%, 바람직하게는 최대20중량%의 양이 실린더(5)내에 잔류된다. 이 잔류된 배기가스가 후속의 압축행정중에 유입되는 새로운 공기와 혼합되고, 이에 따라서 실린더내의 산소농도가 저감된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 최소한 하나의 실린더로 이루어지고, 터빈과 압축기로 구성된 과급군이 구비되고, 압축행정중에 실린더는 과급군에 의해 새로운 공기로 충진되고, 압축행정이 종료할 무렵에 연료를 분사하는 2-행정 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스중의 아산화질소함량의 저감방법에 있어서, 연소동작중에 실린더내에서 생성된 배기가스량으로부터 최소 5 내지 최대 40중량%, 바람직하게는 최대 20중량%의 양이 실린더내에 잔류되고, 이 잔류된 배기가스가 후속의 압축해엉중에 유입되는 새로운 공기와 혼합기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-행정 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스중의 아산화질소함량의 저감방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 압축행정의 최소한 일부분 동안에 실린더내의 새로운 공기/배기가스 혼합기에 물을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-행정 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스중의 아산화질소함량의 저감방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배기가스의 잔류는 새로운 공기에 의한 실린더의 충진을 감소시킴으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-행정 대형 디젤 엔진의 배기가스중의 아산화질소함량의 저감방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 새로운 공기의 충진의 감소는 실린더로부터 배출되어 터빈을 통과하는 배기가스 중 일부의 양을 이송함으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-행정 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스중의 아산화질소함량의 저감방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 이송된 배기가스의 일부의 양의 에너지는 액티브터빈에 이용되는 것을 특징으로하는 2-행정 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스중의 아산화질소함량의 저감방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연소동작중에 실린더내의 새로운 공기/배기가스 혼합기에 또한 물을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-행정 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스중의 아산화질소함량의 저감방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압축기에서 압축된 공기는 실린더내로 유입되기 전에 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-행정 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스중의 아산화질소함량의 저감방법
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 행하는 2-행정 대형 디젤엔진.
