Abstract
본 발명은 투명도 및 내용매-균열성이 우수한 용융 압연 시트 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 임계 응력 등급이 12,000 KPa이상이고, 열 변형 온도가 85℃이상이며, 굴곡 탄성률이 3,725MPa이상인 투명한 용융 압연 시트는 용융 유속이 약 0.3 내지 약 1.3g/10분인 아크릴계 공중합체로부터 제조된다.

Claims (7)
- a)메틸 메타크릴레이트 94.0 내지 99.9중량% 및 b)알킬기의 탄소 원자수가 1 내지 12인 알킬 아크릴산 에스테르로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 단량체 0.1 내지 6. 0중량%로 이루어진 단량체 단위로부터 유도된, 용융 유속이 0.3 내지 1.3g/10분이고, 분자량 분포가 1.7 내지 2.2 이며, 열 변형 온도가 85℃보다 크고, 담도가 2.0%미만이며, 굴곡 탄성률이 약 3,275MPa보다 크고, 임계 응력 등급이 12,000 KPa보다 큰 아크릴계 공중합체로 이루어진, 투명도 및 내용매-균열성이 우수한 용융 압연 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 아크릴산 에스테르가 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, n-부틸 아크릴레이트 또는 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 것인 용융 압연 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴계 공중합체의 용융유속이 0.4 내지 0.8g/10분이고 임계 응력 등급이 13,000kPa 보다 큰 것인 용융 압연 시트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아크릴계 공중합체의 용융 유속이 0.4 내지 0.6g/10분이고 임계 응력 등급이 13,700KPa보 다 큰 것인 용융 압연 시트.
- a)i)메틸 메타크릴레이트 94.0 내지 99.9중량% 및 ii)알킬기의 탄소 원자수가 1 내지 12인 알킬 아크릴산 에스테르로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 단량체 0.1 내지 6.0중량%로 이루어진 단량체 단위로부터 유도된, 용융 유속이 0.3 내지 1.3g/10분이고 분자량 분포가 1.7 내지 2.2이며, 열 변형 온도가 85℃보다 크고, 담도가 2.0%미만이며, 굴곡 탄성률이 약 3,275MPa보다 큰 아크릴계 공중합체를 200℃ 내지 245℃의 온도에서 압출기로 압출시키는 단계 ; b)압출된 공중합체를 215℃ 내지 245℃의 온도로 가열된 시트 슬룻 다이로 이송하는 단계 c)이송된 압출 공중 합체를 시트 슬룻 다이 전체에 균일하게 분포시키는 단계: 및 d)균일하게 분포된 공중합체를 85℃내지 100℃범위의 온도에서 시트 슬룻 다이로부터 2개 이상의 압연 롤이 있는 가열된 압연 롤 스탠드 상으로 용융 압연시키는 단계를 포함하는, 담도가 2.0%미만이고 임계 응력 등급이 12,000KPa보다 크게 내용매-균열성이 우수한 투명 용융 압연 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1의 용융 압연 시트를 열성형, 진공 성형, 냉각 성형, 가압 성형 또는 스트립(strip)가열 굴곡 성형시켜 제조한 물품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용융 압연 시트로부터 제조되는 것이 옥외 간편, 자동차 악세사리, 식품 용기, 전기 기기 판넬, 레스토랑의 재채기 차단기, 조명 기구 화산기 또는 소아과용 인큐베이터에서 선택된 것인 물품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
