Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE CHAPA DE ALUMìNIO''<D>. Um processo de produção de um artigo de chapa de liga de alumínio de alta resistêncoa ao escoamento e ductilidade adequada, em particular, para uso na fabricação de painéis automotivos. O processo compreende fundir uma liga de alumínio não-tratável por calor para formar uma prancha fundida, e sujeitando a dita chapa fundida a uma série de etapas de laminação para produzir um artigo de chapa de espessura final, preferêncialmente seguida de recozimento para causar a recristalização. As etapas de laminação envolvem laminar a quente e à temperatura morna a prancha fundida para formar um artigo de chapa intermediário de espessura intermediária, resfriar o artigo intermediário, e então laminar à temperatura morna e a frio a chapa intermediário até a espessura final a uma temperatura na faixa da temperatura ambiente até 340 °C para formar o dito artigo de chapa. As séries de etapas de laminação são realizadas continuamente sem enrolamento intermediário ou completo recozimento do artigo de chapa intermediário.
