Claims (10)
- 제조되는 물체의 임프레션의 각각의 재생산되는 반쪽을 갖는 두개의 모울드 반쪽으로 구성되는 저열 관성모울드에 있어서, 상기 모울드 반쪽물 중의 하나 이상이 그 내부에 모울드 반쪽의 임프레션의 표면에 근접하여 배치된 냉각 시스템과 가열 시스템으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저열 관성 모울드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중공 성형 또는 가열 성형용 모울드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 순환하는 하나 이상의 코일로 구성되는 냉각시스템이 있는 모울드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고온 유체가 순환하는 코일 또는 하나 이상의 저항기로 구성되는 가열 시스템이 있는 모울드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가열 시스템이 모울드 반쪽 임프레션의 표면가 냉각 시스템 사이에 배치되는 모울드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 처음에는 고은 유체가 이후에는 냉각 유체가 순환하는 코일로 구성되는 냉각 및 가열 시스템이 있는 모울드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.5m이상, 일반적을 1.5∼5cm사이의 모울드 반쪽 임프레션의 표면에서 거리를 두고 배치되는 냉각 시스템 및 가열시스템이 있는 모울드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각 및 가열 시스템을 포함하는 모울드 반쪽의 부분이 단열을을 통하여 나머지 부분에서 분리되는 모울드.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에서 서술된 모울드를 사용하여 중공 성형으로 제조되는 제품이 개선된 표면을 가지도록 성형 제품을 제조하는 데에 있어서, (a) 개방된 중공 성형 모울드의 모울드 반쪽들중의 하나이상에 밀접하게 표면개선 필름을 배치하고, 모울드 반쪽 임프레션의 표면에 근접해 있는 상기 모울드 반쪽은 냉각 시스템과 가열시스템을 포함하며, (b)두 개방 모울드 반쪽 사이에 열가소성 중합체로 제조된 튜브를 압출하고, 모울드를 닫고, 튜브내에 공기를 불어 넣으며, (c)10℃ 이상의 온도. 일반적으로 120∼20℃사이의 온도에 표면 개선필름과 접촉하는 모울드 반쪽 표면을 급속하게 가일(20∼120초)하고, (d)팽창된 튜브의 온도와 밀집한 온도를 모울드 반쪽 표면을 급속하게 냉각(20∼120초)하며, (e)가능한 만큼 더 냉각 후에 완성된 제품을 압출하고 팽창을 정지하는 중공 성형 또는 가열성형에 의하여 제조된 제품의 표면 개선을 위한 저열 관성 모울드의 사용방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한항에서 서술된 모울드를 사용하여 가열성형으로 제조도는 제품이 개선된 표면을 가지도록 성형 제품을 제조하는데 있어서, (a)개방된 가열성형 모울드의 모울드 반쪽들 중의 하나이상에 밀접한 표면 개방선 필름을 배치하고, 상기 모울드 반쪽은 모울드 반쪽 임프레션의 표면에 근접해 있는 냉각 시스템과 가열 시스템을 포함하며, (b)상기 중합체의 연화온도까지 열가소성 중합체로 제조된 시이트 또는 포일을 가열필하고, (c)시이트 또는 포일을 가열성형하며, 이를 표면 개선 필름과 결합하고, (d)100℃이상의 온도, 일반적으로 120∼200℃사이의 온도까지 표면개선 필름과 접촉하는 모울드 반쪽을 급속하게 가열하며(20∼120초), (e)가열 성형된 시이트의 온도와 근사한 온도까지 모울드 반쪽의 표면을 급속하게 냉각시키고(20∼120초), (f)가능한 만큼 더 냉각시킨 후에 완성된 제품을 압축하는 중공 성형 모는 가열 성형에 의하여 제조된 제품의 표변 개선을 위한 저열 관성 모울드의 사용방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
