Abstract
오일-용해용 개시체를 포함하는 염화비닐 중합매체의 온도는 유효량의 라디칼 중합의 강한무기 개시체 또는 요오드와 일산화질소에서 유리하게 선택한 전구물질 및 각 전구물질이 요오드와 일산화질소인 알카리 금속요오드 화물과 아질산염을 직접 및 수정하여 주입하여 필수적으로 제어한다.
중합법은 반웅기의 생산성을 현저하게 개량한다.

Claims (9)
- 유효량의 라디칼 중합의 강한 무기억제제 또는 이와같은 억제제의 전구물질을 직접 및 수정하여 주입하여 중합매체의 온도를 필수적으로 제어함을 특징으로 하는 오일-용해성 개시체를 함유하는 분산액의 산성 pH에서의 염화비닐의 라디칼 중합법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강한 무기억제제를 요오도, 일산화질소와 이들의 각 알카리금속 요오드화물과 아질산염 전구물질에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 라디칼 중합법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 강한 무기 억제제를 각 전구물질 이 요오드와 일산화질소인 알카리금속 요오드화물과 아질산 염에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 라디칼 중합법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 강한 무기억제제를 전구물질이 요오드인 알카리금속 요오드화물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 라디칼 중합법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강한 무기억제제를 또는 이의 전구물질을 묽은 수용액 형 태로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 라디칼 중합법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합주기 과정에서 사용된 강한 무기억제제의 총량이 염화비닐에 대하여 약 75ppm 또는 전구물질의 당량을 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 라디칼 중합법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합주기 과정에서 사용된 강한 무기억제제의 총량이 염화비닐에 대하여 최소한 약 2ppm또는 전구물질의 당량으로 함을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 라디칼 중합법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현탁액 중합에 사용함을 특으로 하는 염화비닐의 라디칼 중합법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬기가 6개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하지 않는 디알킬과산화이탄산염에서 선택한 오일용 해성 개시체를 포함하는 중합에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐의 라디칼 중합법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
