Abstract
본 발명은 화학적 침전 처리된 폐수를 공정수로 재이용하는데 방해가 되는 성분인 과포화된 염과 고형물을 나노여과법으로 제거하는데 있어서 농축수를 곧바로 나노여과장치안에 재주입하는 대신 정밀여과법에 의해 중간 처리한 후 순환시키는 시스템을 개발하여 막의 오염으로 인한 플럭스 감소를 방지하고 처리수의 수질을 향상시키며 막의 세척 주기를 증가시키고 나노여과막 공정의 효율과 경제성을 개선하여 폐수로 부터 공정수를 생산하는 공정을 획기적으로 단순화하여 양질의 공업용수를 얻을 수 있게 하는 신규한 폐수 재이용 기술의 개발에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 폐수 재이용 방해 성분을 제거하는 공정의 개략도이다.
Claims (3)
- 무기이온을 함유하는 농축폐수의 처리방법에 있어서, 중화 및 화학침전처리를 거친 후 정밀여과법에 의해 중간처리한 다음, 나노여과 장치를 통과시켜 폐수 재이용 방해 성분을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나노여과막은 2가 이온 배제율이 높은 고분자 분리막이며 작동 압력은 5~20 기압이고, 막의 모듈은 평판형 또는 나선형임을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정밀 여과막은 세공 크기(Pore size)가 0.2~50㎛인 고분자막 또는 카트리지 필터임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
