Abstract

본 발명은 커넥터 접촉자가 기판 단자에 확실히 접촉되도록 한 것이다. 카세트 케이스(2)에 복수의 기판 단자(44)를 갖는 기판(40)을 내장하고, 카세트 케이스의 외측면에 형성한 대향 구멍(6)으로부터 상기 복수의 기판 단자를 외측으로 노출시키고, 카세트 케이스의 외측면에 상기 대향 구멍의 하단에 연결한 카세트 케이스의 하단에 도달한 도입홈(7)을 형성하고, 도입홈의 하단을 하단으로 향함에 따라 외측면에서 떨어지는 경사를 갖는 퇴출구멍(76)으로 형성하고, 퇴출부의 카세트 케이스의 높이 방향에 대한 각도(θB)가 기록재생장치에 설치된 커넥터(54)에 설치된 탄성을 갖는 커넥터 접촉자(55)의 접점부(58)로부터 자유단부(57)에 이르는 경사부분(59)의 카세트 케이스의 높이 방향에 대한 각도(θA)보다 크게 되도록 하여, 기록매체 카세트의 기록재생장치로의 장칙시에 상기 커넥터 접촉자가 퇴출부와 접촉하지 않도록 했다. Claims (6)

  1. 카세트 케이스와, 카세트 케이스가 되는 복수의 기판 단자를 갖춘 기판과, 상기 카세트 케이스의 외측면에 형성한 대향 구멍으로부터 상기 복수의 기판 단자를 외방으로 노출시킴과 함께, 상기 카세트 케이스의 외측면에 있는 대향 구멍의 하단에 연속하고 카세트 케이스의 하단에 이르는 도입홈과, 도입홈의 하단부를 하단으로 감에 따라서 외측면에서 떨어지는 경사를 갖는 퇴출부를 포함하며, 퇴출부의 카세트 케이스의 높이 방향에 대한 각도가 기록재생장치에 설치된 커낵터에 설치된 탄성을 갖는 커넥터 접촉자의 접점부분에서 자유단부에 이르는 경사부분의 카세트 케이스의 높이 방향에 대한 각도보다 커지도록 해서 기록매체 카세트의 기록재생장치로의 장착시에 상기 커넥터 접촉자가 퇴출부에 접촉하지 않게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체 카세트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카세트 케이스의 외측면중 상기 대향 구멍 및 도입홈의 주위에 위치한 부분에 커넥터 접촉자를 이들 대향 구멍 및 도입홈내로 유도하기 위한 도입 경사면을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체 카세트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대향 구멍의 하단을 한정하는 층부분에 상기 기판의 하단이 얹혀짐과 동시에 이 기판의 표면이 상기 층부분의 선단으로부터 외방으로 돌출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체 카세트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 카세트 케이스이 바닥부분중 상기 대향 구멍으로부터 노출되는 기판 단자를 구비한 기판의 근처에 기록재생장치의 기준축이 삽입되는 기준 구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체 카세트.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 대향 구멍의 하단을 한정하는 층부분에 상기 기판의 하단이 얹혀짐과 함께 이 기판의 표면이 상기 층부분의 선단으로부터 외방으로 돌출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체 카세트.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 카세트 케이스의 바닥부분중 상기 대향 구멍으로부터 노출되는 기판 단자를 구비한 기판의 근처에 기록재생장치의 기준축이 삽입되는 기준 구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체 카세트.
