Abstract

본 발명은 투명전극층을 가지는 두매의 유리판 또는 폴리에스터 필름 사이에서 고분자 액정 복합체막을 제조하는데 있어서, 고분자 재료성분으로 자외선 중합성 올리고머 및 모노머를 사용하고 액정 재료성분으로 다음 일반식(1)의 페닐피리미딘계 액정 또는 일반식(2)의 페닐사이클로헥산계 액정을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 액정 복합체이며 응답속도가 빠르고 전압유지율이 향상되어 동화상 표시의 디스플레이가 가능한 새로운 고분자 액정셀을 제공한다.
상기식에서,
R1과 R2는 상호같거나 다른 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 투명전극층이 코팅된 두매의 기판 사이에 고분자에 액정이 분산된 고분자 액정 복합체를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 고분자 물질은 자외선 중합성 올리고머 및 모노머를 사용하고, 상기 액정 물질은 다음 일반식(1)의 페닐피리미딘계 액정 또는 일반식(2)의 페닐사이클로헥산계 액정을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 액정 복합체.
    상기식에서,
    R1과 R2는 상호같거나 다른 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 중합성 올리고머 및 모노머 혼합물은 전체조성물에 대해 10 내지 50중량%로 사용함을 특징으로 한 고분자 액정 복합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 중합용 올리고머 및 모노머는 아크릴레이트 또는 이의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 한 고분자 액정 복합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정물질은 말단에 시안기가 포함된 액정 모노머와 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 액정 복합체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 말단에 시안기가 포함된 액정 모노머는 전체액정 조성물에 대해 30중량% 이내로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 액정 복합체.
