Abstract

본 발명은 2,9-디클로로-6,13-디히드로퀸아크리돈, 알칼리 금속 히드록시드, 수용성 유기 용매, 물 및 유효량의 산화제 및 프탈이미도메틸퀸아크리돈 입자 성장 억제제를 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 가열함으로써 2,9-디클로로-6,13-디히드로퀸아크리돈을 안료 2,9-디클로로퀸아크리돈으로 직접 산화시키는 것으로 이루어진 2,9-디클로로퀸아크리돈 안료의 직접 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 입자 크기를 감소시키기 위한 후 처리를 추가로 할 필요없이 2,9-디클로로퀸아크리돈 안료를 직접 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 2,9-디클로로-6,13-디히드로퀸아크리돈, 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 수용성 유기용매, 물 및 유효량의 산화제 및 하기 일반식의 입자 성장 억제제 또는그의 가수분해 생성물을 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 가열함으로써 2,9-디클로로-6,13-디히드로퀸아크리돈을 2,9-디클로로퀸아크리돈 안료로 직접산화시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 이때 상기 2,9-디클로러-6,13-디히드로퀸아크리돈에 대한 상기 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 몰비가 적어도 7 : 1인 2,9-디클로로퀸아크리돈 안료의 직접 제조방법.
    상기 식중, R 및 R'은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C5-알킬 또는 C1-C5-알콕시이고, m은 0,1 또는 2이고, m은 1또는 2이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R 및 R'이 수소이고, n이 1인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 입자 성장 억제제가 2-프탈이미도메틸귄아크리돈 또는 그의 가수분해 생성물인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 입자 성장 억제제가 2,9-디클로로-6,13 디히드로퀸아크리돈의 중량을 기준으로 약 1 내지 약 10중량％, 바람직하게는 약 2 내지 약 6중량％의 양으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 수산화나트륨 또는 바람직하게 수산화칼륨인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 2,9-디클로로-6,13-디히드로퀸아크리돈에 대한 알칼리 금속 히드록시드의 몰비가 8 : 1 내지 16 : 1, 바람직하게는 9 : 1 내지 14 : 1 인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 C1-C3알콜, 바람직하게는 메탄올, 또는 에틸렌클리콜 또는 그의 모노에트르인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제가 수용성 m-니트로벤젠술폰산염인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 2,9-디클로로퀸아크리돈이 15㎡/g, 바람직하게는 약 20 내지 약 90㎡/g의 표면적을 갖는 것인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 환류 온도에서 약 3시간 동안 가열되는 것인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 물 또는 C1-C3알콜로 희석시키고 이어서 희석된 반응 혼합물을 여과함으로써 2,9-디클로로퀸아크리돈을 단리하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
