Abstract
본 발명은 토양으로부터 분리된 곰팡이 아스퍼질러스 푸미가투스(Aspergillus fumigatus) FM-F-37로부터 분리된, 아실-CoA : 콜레스테롤 아실전이효소의 저해제인 하기 구조식(I)의 GERI-BP001, 그의 유도체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제 1 도는 자외선-가시광선 분광기에 의한GERI-BP0001의 흡광도 분석 스펙트럼을 나타내는 도면이고,
제 2 도는 비율기록 적외선 분광기에 의한 GERI-BP001의 흡광도 분석 스펙트럼을 나타내는 도면이고,
제 3 도는 비율기록 적외선 분광기에 의한 GERI-BP001-C의 흡광도 분석 스펙트럼을 나타내는 도면이고,
제 4 도는 VG70-VSEQ 질량분석기에 의한 GERI-BP001의 HREI-MS 분자량 분석 스펙트럼을 나타내는 도면이고,

- 하기 구조식(I)의 신규 화합물 GERI-BP001 및 그의 유도체 :
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각각 하기 구조식(I-1), (I-2) 및 (I-3)을 갖는 유도체 GERI-BP001-A, GERI-BP001-B 및 GERI-BP001-C로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 유도체 :
- GERI-BP001 생산균주인 아스퍼질러스 푸미가투스(Aspergillus fumigatus) FM-F-37 균주(KCTC 0087BP).
- 아스퍼질러스 푸미가투스(Aspergillus fumigatus) FM-F-37 균주(KCTC 0087BP)를 배양함을 포함하는, GERI-BP001, GERI-BP001-A 또는 GERI-BP001-B의 제조방법
- GERI - BP001 화합물로 부터 핵진화성 치환반응에 의해 호학적으로 합성함을 포함하는 GERI - BP001-C의 제조방법.
- 활성물질로서 GERI -BP001, GERI -BP001-A GERI -BP001-B 또는 GERI -BP001-C 를 포함하는, 아실- CoA : 콜레스테롤 아실전이 효소(ACAT) 활성 저해제로 사용하기 위한 약학 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
