Abstract

본 발명은 시험 I에서 40~80%의 알맞은 과도하지 않은 파쇄성, 100~200마이크론의 입자 크기 커트에 대해 300~525g/1 낮은 겉보기 밀도 및 추가로 75마이크론 이하의 크기를 가진 입자 30% 이하를 함유한다는 의미로 특정 입자 크기를 가진, 비교적 순수한 분말 만니톨에 관한 것이다.
이러한 분말 만니톨은 그의 용도가 식품 및 제약 산업에서 특히 감미제, 텍스취라이징제 또는 첨가제 부형제 또는 담체로서 추천되게 하는 상당한 기능 특성을 가지고 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 시험 I 에 따른 파쇄성 40%~80%, 바람직하게는 40%~68% 및 보다 바람직하게는 45%~65%, 100~200마이크론의 입자 크기 커트에 대해, 겉보기 밀도 300~약 525g/1, 바람직하게는 350~510g/1 및 보다 바람직하게는 400~495g/1, 및 75마이크론 이하의 크기를 가진 입자 약30% 이하, 바람직하게는 25%이하 및 보다 바람직하게는 15% 이하를 나타내는 분말 만니톨.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 250마이크론 이상의 크기를 가진 입자가 40% 이하, 바람직하게는 30%이하 및 보다 바람직하게는 20% 이하인 분말 만니톨.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 입자 크기 분포의 균일성이 약 1~8, 바람직하게는 1~5 및 보다 바람직하게는 1~3이고 또한 평균 직경이 100~200 마이크론인 분말 만니톨.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 75 마이크로폰 이하의 크기를 가진 입자를 10% 이상보다 바람직하게는 5% 이상 가지지 않은 분말 만니톨.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 40 마이크론 이하의 크기를 가진 입자와 315마이크론 이상의 크기를 가진 입자가 실제로 없는 분말 만니톨.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 당 또는 폴리올의 양에 관해 계산된, 만니톨 농도가 약 90% 이상, 바람직하게는 95% 이상 및 보다 바람직하게는 98.5%이상인 분말 만니톨.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유동성 등급 또는 Carr 인덱스가 약 70~90, 바람직하게는 75~90 및 보다 바람직하게는 80~90인 분말 만니톨.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 시험 II에 따른 용해 속도가 30초 이하, 바람직하게는 25초 이하 및 보다 바람직하게는 20초 이하인 분말 만니톨.
  9. 만니톨 용액 또는 분산액의 미립화 단계 및 그후 미립화 단계로부터 얻어진 만니톨의 습식 경로에 의한 입자화 단계로 이루어진, 제1항의 분말 만니톨의 제조방법.
  10. 가미제, 텍스취라이징제 또는 첨가제 부형제 또는 담체로서 사용된, 제1항의 분말 만니톨로 이루어진 식품 및 제약 분야에 사용하기 위한 조성물.
