Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 주행시 진동 충격을 완화시켜주는데 사용되는 쇽업소오버(SHOCK ABSORBER)에 관한 것으로서, 특히 쇽업소오버의 내부관 내부 피스톤밸브부와 몸체밸브부 저면으로 피스톤로드와 핀에 난류방지용 S자형 곡선유로를 소음 저감와셔를 설치하여 밸브의 작동중 발생하는 압력강하 현상을 방지하여 에어레이션 현상에 의한 소음을 최소화시켜 향상시키고, 제품의 품질을 향상시켜 줄 수 있도록 된 소음 저감형 쇽업소오버 밸브에 관한 고안이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 피스톤밸브부(10)와 몸체밸브부(20)의 피스톤로드(3)외 핀(21)에 난류현상 방지용 유로(31)가 형성되는 소음저감 와셔(30)를 설치하여 구성되는 소음저감형 쇽업소오버 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소음저감 와셔(30)에 형성되는 유로(31)가 최대한 난류를 방지할 수 있는 S자형 곡선으로 이루어지는 소음저감형 쇽업소오버 밸브.
