Abstract

본 발명은 생흡수성 매트릭스(예 : 동결건조된 상태의 콜라겐 매트릭스)에 의해 서로 연결되어 있는 다수의 생흡수성 미세구로 이루어진 창상 이식재에 관한 것이다. 미세구는 바람직하게는 당해 이식제 용적의 30% 이상을 차지하며, 바람직하게는 직경이 10㎛ 내지 1500㎛이다. 미세구 및/또는 매트릭스는 바람직하게는 폴리락트산/폴리글리콜산 공중합체, 콜라젠, 가교결합된 콜라겐, 하이알루론산, 가교결합된 하이알루론산, 알지네이트 또는 셀룰로즈 유도체를 포함한다.
제조된 이식재는 통상의 콜라겐 스폰지형 이식재보다 강하고 서서히 재흡수된다. 이식재의 기공성에 대해 보다 우수한 조절이 가능하다.

Claims (15)

  1. 생흡수성 매트릭스에 의해 서로 연결되어 있는 다수의 생흡수성 미세구로 이루어진 창상 이식재(wound implant material).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미세구가 당해 이식재 용적의 30% 이상을 차지하는 창상 이식재.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미세구가 당해 이식재 용적의 40% 이상을 차지하는 창상 이식재.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세구가 당해 이식재 용적의 50% 이상을 차지하는 창상 이색재.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 고형물인 창상 이식재.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 동결건조된 상태의 고형물인 창상 이식재.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세구가 공동 미세구 또는 미세캡슐을 포함하는 창상 이식재.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세구 및/또는 매트릭스가 동일하거나 상이하고 락트산 또는 글리콜산의 중합체 또는 락트산과 글리콜산의 공중합체, 콜라겐, 가교결합된 콜라겐, 하이알루론산, 가교결합된 하이알루론산, 알지네이트 또는 셀룰로즈 유도체를 포함하는 창상 이식재.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세구 및/또는 매트릭스가 피브로넥틴, 사이토킨, 서성장인자, 방부제, 항생제. 스테로이드 또는 진통제를 포함하는 창상 이식재.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세구의 90%이상의 직경이 50㎛ 내지 1,500㎛인 창상 이식재.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 미세구의 90% 이상의 직경이 200㎛ 내지 1,000㎛인 창상 이식재.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 미세구의 90% 이상의 직경이 500㎛ 내지 800㎛인 창상 이식재.
  13. 창상 치료용 약제의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 창상 이식재의 용도.
  14. 생흡수성 미세구를 제조하는 단계; 용매중의 생흡수성 물질의 용액 또는 현탁액에 생흡수성 미세구를 분산시키는 단계; 및 용매를 증발시켜 제거하는 단계들을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 창상 이식재의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 용매가 동결건조 공정에 의해 제거되는 방법.
