Abstract

본 발명은 복숭아 과립 과즙음료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 복숭아 과육을 세절하여 과립을 만들고 이를 과즙과 혼합하여 제조함으로써 과육의 씹는 맛과 마시는 음료로서의 느낌을 함께 가질 수 있는 복숭아 과립 과즙음료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 선별되어 세척된 복숭아를 반절하고 탈피, 제핵하고 자숙시켜 가로 세로가 각각 5~15㎜ 크기로 세절한 복숭아 과립 5~30중량%를 통상의 식품 첨가제가 첨가된 당도 10~20°Bx, 산도 0.1~0.6%(구연산), pH3~4인 당액에 복숭아 과즙 10~30%와 함께 넣어 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복숭아 과립 과즙음료의 제조방법.
