제1도는 본 발명의 신규 공정을 도시한 블록 다이어그램이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 플라스틱 폐기물을 열분해하여 액체 생성물을 상당히 생성시키고, 액체 분해 생성물을 부분 산화시켜 합성가스로 변형시킴을 포함하며, 플라스틱 폐기물로부터 합성 가스를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해가 반응온도에서의 보조액상을 사용하여 250 내지 450℃에서 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 보조액상이 플라스틱 폐기물의 액체 분해 생성물로 구성되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열분해가 촉매의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 특히, 염소 함유 플라스틱 폐기물이 존재하는 경우, 열분해가 두 가지 이상의 단계로 수행되고, 온도의 단계마다 상승되며, 분해 생성물로서 수득되는 염화수소 대부분이 온도 선택에 의해 제1단계에서 생성되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 분해 생성물의 부분 산화가 1100 내지 1500℃의 온도 및 1 내지 10MPa의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부분, 산화가, 액체 분해 생성물을 기준으로 하여, 유연(soot)이 약 0.1 내지 0.3중량%로 생성되도록 하는 양으로 산소를 첨가하는 방법에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스화 반응기에서 배출되는 조질 가스가 복사 냉각기에서 500 내지 1000℃로 냉각되고, 이어서 대류 냉각기에서 150 내지 300℃로 냉각되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각 가스가 물로 세척되고, 세척수에 부유하는 재가 분리제거 되는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정제 가스가 멤브레인 필터 유닛에 공급되어, 원하는 CO/H2비가 확보되는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정제 가스가 전환기로 공급되는 방법.
