Abstract
통상의 플라스틱 제조장비를 이용하여 고형물로써 회수되는 산물을 생산하기 위해 그리고 분자량과 분자량 분포를 감소시키기 위해 동시에 혼합과 전단시키는 에틸렌 함량이 높은 에틸렌-프로필 중합물과 에틸렌 함량이 낮은 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물의 혼합물을 만드는 공정과 그 혼합물에 관계한다. 중합물의 전단된 혼합물은 개량된 낮은 온도 특징이 있는 전단 안정성 점성지수 개선물질의 기능을 한다.

Claims (26)
- 평균분자량이 20,000 내지 150,000이고 분자량 분포가 1.5 내지 5인 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합이 다음과 같은 전단과 혼합의 공정에 의해 준비되는데 있어서; ⒜ 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 몰비가 65/35 내지 65/30인 에틸렌을 포함하는 에틸렌 함량이 낮은 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물로 평균 분자량이 40,000 내지 250,000이고 분자량 분포가 2내지 7이며; ⒝ 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 몰비가 35/65 내지 85/15인 에틸렌 함량이 높은 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물은 평균 분자량이 40,000 내지 250,000이고 분자량 분포가 2내지 7되는 중합물로 구성되며; 이때 전단과 혼합은 혼합물의 평균분자량을 20,000 내지 150,000, 분자량 분포가 1.5 내지 5의 범위로 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌의 중합물 혼합.

- 제1항에 있어서, 낮은 에틸렌 함량의 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물에는 결정도가 3wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 높은 에틸렌 함량의 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물에는 결정도가 25wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.

- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리엔은 비-환형 폴리엔 단량체, 단고리 폴리엔 단량체 그리고 다중고리 폴리엔 단량체로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리엔 단량체는 1,4-헥산 디엔, 디사이클로펜타디엔, 노르보르나디엔, 5-메틸렌-2-노르보넨, 5-에틸디엔-2-노르보넨, 비닐노르보넨 그리고 알킬 노르보나디엔에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 낮은 에틸렌 함량의 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물중 하나와 높은 에틸렌 함량의 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물중 하나를 그라프트 중합에 의해 기능화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 그라프트 단량체는 불포화 디카르복실산 무수물과 이의 염으로 구성된 집단에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 그라프트 단량체는 말레인 무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 그라프트 단량체는 4-16 탄소원자를 포함하는 아크릴 또는 메타아크릴산의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제10항에 있어서, 그라프트 단량체는 글리시딜 메타아크릴레이트, 메타아크릴레이트, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 에틸메타아크릴레이트와 아미노프로필렌메타아크릴레이트에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 그라프트 단량체는 2 내지 25개 탄소원자를 포함하는 비닐아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, 비닐아민은 아닐아민, N-비닐피리딘, N-비닐피놀리돈, 비닐카르바졸, 비닐-이미다졸과 비닐티아졸에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 그라프트 단량체는 비닐실란과 비닐벤질 할라이드에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리엔은 중합물 총중량당 0.1 내지 10% 범위내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리엔은 중합물 총중량당 0.1 내지 6% 범위내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 함량이 낮은 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물과 에틸렌 함량이 높은 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물의 중량비가 80.20 내지 50/50인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동시 혼합과 전단은 분자량을 감소시키기 위해 고전단 상태를 만들 수 있는 기계작업과 열상태하에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제18항에 있어서, 동시 혼합과 전단은 150° 내지 350℃ 범위에서 실행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동시 혼합과 전단은 분자량과 분자량 분포를 감소시키기 위해 효과적인 기계작업 능력이 있는 믹서에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합물 혼합물 생산공정.
