Abstract

(A) 밀도가 0.870 내지 0.945g/㎤이고, (B) 용융 상태에서의 3개 이상의 온도에서 동적 점탄성(dynamic viscoelasticity)을 측정하여 결정한 유동 활성 에너지 Ea(J/molk)와 용융 유속 MFR(g/10분)의 관계가 하기식(Ⅰ)의 조건을 만족하며;
logEa≥4.6-0.04×log MER ⑴
(C) 하기식⑵로 표시되는 화학 조성 분포의 변이의 계수 Cx가 0.40 내지 0.80이고;
Cx=/SCBave
(상기식에서, σ는 조성 분포의 표준 편차(1/1,000 C)이며 SCBave는 1,000 C 당 단쇄 분기의 평균치(1/1,000 C)이다, (D) 수평균 분자량 Mn에 대한 중량 평균 분자량 Mw의 비(Mw/Mn)가 3내지 20인 에틸렌-σ-올레핀 공중합체.

Claims (8)

  1. (A) 밀도가 0.870 내지 0.945g/㎤이고, (B) 용융 상태에서의 3개 이상의 온도에서 동적 점탄성(dynamic viscoelasticity)을 측정하여 결정한 유동 활성 에너지 Ea(J/molk)와 용융 유속 MFR(g/10분)의 관계가 하기식(Ⅰ)의 조건을 만족하며;
    logEa≥4.6-0.04×log MER ⑴
    (C) 하기식⑵로 표시되는 화학 조성 분포의 변이의 계수 Cx가 0.40 내지 0.80이고;
    Cx=/SCBave
    (상기식에서, σ는 조성 분포의 표준 편차(1/1,000 C)이며 SCBave는 1,000 C 당 단쇄 분기의 평균치(1/1,000 C)이다, (D) 수평균 분자량 Mn에 대한 중량 평균 분자량 Mw의 비(Mw/Mn)가 3내지 20인 에틸렌-σ-올레핀 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량(E)이 30,000 내지 600,000 임을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도(A)가 0.885 내지 0.935g/㎤임을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 계수(C) Cx가 0.45 내지 0.75임을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 비(D) Mw/Mn이 3 내지 10임을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 비(D) Mw/Mn이 3 내지 5임을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량(E)이 40,000 내지 400,000 임을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 이용하여 이루어지는 성형체.
