Abstract

약제 함유 조성물이 수불용성 고분자 중합체 및 실리콘을 포함하는 막층으로 코팅된 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제. 본 발명의 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제로부터 약제 방출을 위한 개시 시간 및 이후의 약제 방출 속도는 마음대로 제어할 수 있다.

Claims (20)

  1. 수불용성 고분자 중합체 및 실리콘을 함유하는 막층으로 코팅된 약제 함유 조성물로 구성된 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수불용성 고분자 중합체는 에틸 아크릴레이트/메틸메타크릴레이트/에틸 트리메틸암모늄 클로라이드 메타크릴레이트 터폴리머, 에틸 셀룰로오스 및 장용성 고분자 중합체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 장용성 고분자 중합체가 메타크릴산/에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체, 메타크릴산/메틸메타크릴레이트 공중합체, 히드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스 프탈레이트, 히드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스 아세테이트 숙시네이트 카르복시메틸에틸 셀룰로오스 또는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프탈레이트인 방출 개시 제어 및 방출속도 제어형 제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘은 실리콘 수지 또는 실리콘 오일인 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막층은 실리콘 유지 담체를 함유하는 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 약제 함유 조성물은 치료유효량의 약제 및 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체를 함유하는 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막층은 약제 함유 조성물 중량을 기준으로 2% 내지 200% 양으로 존재하고, 상기 수불용성 고분자 중합체는 막층 총중량을 기준으로 20중량% 내지 95중량% 양으로 존재하고, 상기 실리콘은 수불용성 고분자 중합체 중량을 기준으로 5중량% 내지 200중량% 양으로 존재하는 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막층은 부가적으로 수용성 고분자 중합체를 함유하는 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 고분자 중합체는 히도록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수불용성 고분자 중합체는 에틸 아클리레이트/메틸메타크릴레이트/에틸트리메틸암모늄클로라이드 메타크릴레이트 티폴리머인 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 터폴리머는 에틸아크릴레이트/메틸메타크릴레이트/에틸트리메틸 암모늄클로라이드 메틸크릴레이트 의 중량비가 1:2:0.1 내지 1:2:0.2를 갖는 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  12. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘은 디메틸폴리실옥산인 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  13. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 유지 담체는 활석, 경질 무수규산, 미세결정셀룰로오스 및 전분으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방출 개시 제어 및 방출 속도 제어형 제제.
  14. 수불용성 고분자 중합체 및 실리콘을 함유하는 막층으로 코팅된 치료유효량의 약제 함유 조성물을 상기 약제 함유 조성물을 필요로 하는 사람에게 투여함을 특징으로 하는 서방출 약제를 투여하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 약제가 방출되는 개시 시간을 막층의 두께로 제어하고, 약제가 방출되는 속도를 막층의 조성으로 제어하는 시간적 방출 약제를 투여함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 막층은 약제 함유 조성물 중량을 기준으로 2 중량% 내지 200 중량% 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 서방출 약제를 투여하는 방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 수불용성 고분자 중합체는 에틸아크릴레이트/메틸메타크릴레이트/에틸트리메틸암모늄클로라이드 메타크릴레이트 터폴리머, 에틸셀룰로오스 및 장용 고분자 중합체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 서방출 약제를 투여하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 장용 고분자 중합체가 메타크릴산/에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체, 메타크릴산/메틸메타크릴레이트 공중합체, 히드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스 프탈레이트, 히도록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스 아세테이트 숙시네이트, 카르복실메틸에틸 셀룰로오스 또는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프탈레이트임이 특징인 서방출 약제를 투여하는 방법.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 실리콘이 실리콘 수지 또는 실리콘 오일임이 특징인 서방출 약제를 투여하는 방법.
  20. 제14항에 있어서, 막이 부가적으로 실리콘 유지 담체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방출 약제를 투여하는 방법.
