Abstract

본 발명은 가스측정용 바이오센서에 관한 것으로, 기상의 유기화학물질을 측정할 수 있는 바이오센서로서 절연성기판(1)위에 전극부(2,3,4)와 상기 전극부의 연결패드(5) 및 절연층(6)을 구비하여 구성된 후막형 전기화학소자와, 상기 전기화학소자의 전극부상에 기상의 유기화학물질과 반응하는 효소가 고정화된 수분흡습성겔층(7)을 구비하여 이루어진 감응막으로 구성된 것을 제공한다.

가스측정용 바이오센서 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 의한 가스측정용 바이오센서 구조도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 의한 가스측정용 바이오센서 구조도, 제3도는 본 발명의 가스측정용 바이오센서의 특성을 설명하기 위한 그래프.

Claims (11)

  1. 절연성기판(1)위에 전극부(2,3,4)와 상기 전극부의 연결패드(5) 및 절연층(6)을 구비하여 구성된 후 막형 전기화학소자와, 상기 전기화학소자의 전극부상에 기상의 유기화학물질과 반응하는 효소가 고정화된 수분흡습성겔층(7)을 구비하여 이루어진 감응막으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극부는 지시전극(2), 대전극(3), 비교전극(4)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극부는 2개의 지시전극(2A,2B)과 비교전극(4)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서.
  4. 제1항 및 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전극부의 지시전극(2A)상에만 효소막(8)이 형성되고, 상기 전극부(2A,2B,4) 상부에 효소가 없는 수분흡습성겔층(9)이 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정화된 효소는 옥시도리덕테이즈 또는 하이드롤레이즈의 효소그롭으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하느 가스측정용 바이오센서.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 효소그룹은 알코올 디하이드로게네이즈, 카본모녹사이드 디하이드로게네이즈, 훠메이트 디하이드로게네이즈, 알코올 옥시데이즈중의 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수분흡수성겔층은 젤라틴, 폴리아크릴아마이드, 알지네이트, 아가로즈등의 어느 하나로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수분흡수성겔층은 포티시움클로라이드가 포함된 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서.
  9. 절연성기판(1)위에 전극부(2,3,4)와 전극부의 연결패드(5) 및 전연층(6)을 형성하여 후막형 전기화학소자를 제작하는 단계와, 수분흡슴성겔액에 효소액을 섞은 효소혼합액을 상기 후막형 전기화학소자의 전극부위에 떨어뜨린 후 건조시켜 수분흡습성겔층을 형성하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 효소액은 완충용액에 효소 및 조효소를 녹여서 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서의 제조방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수분흡습성겔액은 포티시움클로라이드용액에 젤라틴과 같은 수분흡습성겔을 녹여 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스측정용 바이오센서의 제조방법.
