Abstract

본 발명은 미생물내에서 외래유전자의 발현을 가능하게 하는 벡터에 양자리공의 항바이러스성 단백질(PAP:Phytolacca antiviral protein)을 암호화하고 있는 유전자를 삽입하여 제조한 항바이러스성 단백질 유전자 발현벡터, 이 발현벡터를 미생물에 형질전환시킨 형질전환체 및 이 형질전환체를 배양함으로써 항바이러스성 단백질을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 벡터를 이용하여 항바이러스성 단백질을 생성하고 발현되는 형질전환 미생물을 제조함으로써, 생물학적 활성을 지닌 항바이러스성 단백질을 보다 용이하게 생산할 수 있음은 물론, AIDS등 치료에 사용되는 면역결합체 등의 제조에 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

양자리공의 항바이러스성 단백질(PAP)을 발현하는 미생물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 PAP를 발현하는 벡터 pMJ13를 제조하기 위한 전략을 나타내는 모식도이다. 제 2 도는 본 발명의 pMJ12를 나타내는 전기영동 사진이다. 제 3 도는 pMJ12로 형질전환된 대장균 HB101의 생장곡선을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 양자리공의 항바이러스성 단백질 (PAP: Phytolacca antiviral protein)유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터 pMJ12(KCCM 10037).
  2. 제 1 항의 재조합 벡터로 형절전환된 미생물.
  3. 제 1 항의 재조합 벡터로 형절전환된 대장균(E. coli) HB101(KCCM 10037).
  4. 제 1 항의 재조합 벡터로 형절전환된 대장균 HB101을 배양하여 분리, 정제함으로써, 양자리공의 재조합 항바이러스성 단백질을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제 4 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 항바이러스성 단백질 재조합 PAP.
