동불세포 배양용 고농도 배지 및 배양공정
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제5는 고농도 내지 MBRI 40-20와 40-03을 이용한 유가식 배양공정중 잔존 포도당 종도의 곡선도 및 그것을 기준으로 한 유가식 고농도 배지의 참가방식을 나타낸 공정도이다. 제6도는 고농도 배지 MBRI 40-20와 40-03을 이용한 유가식 배양공정중 세표융합주의 세포증식 곡선도이다. 제7도는 고농도 배지 MBRI 40-20와 40-03을 이용한 세표융합주의 유가식 배양공정중 세포융합주에 의해 생성되는 간염표면 항원에 대한 단일세표군 항체의 생성곡선도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 비부착성 포유동물세포의 체의배양에 있어서, 종래의 RPMI 1640배지중 각 영양성분을 강화한 고농도 배지군 및 그 배지군을 이용한 고농도 현탁배양 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 종래의 RPMI 1640배지에서의 각 성분간의 몰농도비율, 각 배지성분의 혈중농도, 각 영양성분이나 무기염들간의 비율, 배지의 삼투압 등의 인자들을 고려하여 배지의 아미노산류, 비타민류 및 기타 영양성분을 각각 RPMI 1640배지에서의 2.5배, 5배, 10배, 50배로 강화한 고농도 배지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 마우스 유래의 세포융합주, 사람의 임파종세포, 사람의 골수종 세포의 비부착성 포유동물 세포의 고농도 배양에 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 배지 및 그 농도 현탁배양 공정.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고농도 배지군을 이용하여, 배지중 잔존 포도당 농도를 기준으로, 전체의 10%내외의 고농도 배지를 첨가하여 2,500시간동안 고농도 배양을 가능케 하고, 단일세포군 항체등 포유동물 세포가 생산하는 생리활성 물질을 고농도 연속 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유가식 배양방법.
