ESTAS PROPIEDADES INCLUYEN UN PH OPTIMO EN UN RANGO DE PH ACIDO, ALTA ESTABILIDAD EN UNA CONSIDERABLE CONCENTRACION ALTA DE ALCOHOL COMO ES UN LICOR ALCOHOLICO, RESISTENCIA A TEMPERATURAS ALTAS Y ACTIVIDAD ESPECIFICA ALTA A LA UREA.
