Abstract

본 발명은 합성 가스 또는 일산화탄소 가스 등의 원료 가스에 존재하는 철 카르보닐 화합물을 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드 가스 등의 할로겐 가스 화합물과 반응시켜 비휘발성 철 할로겐 화합물로 전환시키고, 이 가스를 흡착제가 충진된 탑을 통과시킴으로써 존재하는 철 성분을 모두 제거할 수 있는 원료 가스의 정제 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따라 정제된 가스는 원료 가스 중에 함유된 철 화합물을 통상적으로 감지하기 어려울 정도로 제거할 수 있으므로, 철에 의한 촉매의 오염 또는 불활성화를 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 철 카르보닐 화합물을 함유하는 원료 가스를 할로겐 가스와 반응시켜 철 카르보닐 화합물을 비휘발성의 철카르보닐 화합물로 전환시킨 다음, 이것을 불활성 흡착제 층에 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 원료 가스 중에 함유된 철카르보닐 화합물의 제거 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원료 가스가 일산화탄소 가스 또는 합성 가스인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 할로겐 가스가 염소 가스, 브롬 가스 및 요오드 가스로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 흡착제층의 활성탄, 점토, 알루미나, 실리카 및 실리카-알루미나로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 방법.
