Abstract

본 발명은 결합제, 첨가제 및 5 내지 40중량%의 진주빛 안료를 필수적으로 포함하고 진주빛 안료에 대한 개선된 이동 성질을 갖는, 저-점도의 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 5 내지 40중량%의 진주빛 안료를 포함하고 12Pas 미만의 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 결합제, 안료 및 첨가제를 필수적으로 포함하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진주빛 안료가 TiO2- 및/또는 Fe2O3- 로 코팅된 운모 소판, SiO2박편, 유리 박편, 세라믹 박편 또는 합성 박편을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진주빛 안료가 4 내지 100㎛ 범위의 평균 입자 크기 D50을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크가 40 내지 95중량%의 결합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제의 비율이 10중량% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 50 내지 90중량%의 고형 수지, 5 내지 50중량%의 알키드 수지 및 0 내지 50중량%의 건성유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고형 수지가, 물질 g당 KOH가 50㎎ 미만인 산가를 갖는 탄화수소 수지 또는 개질된 탄화수소 수지임을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진주빛 안료 : 비휘발성 인쇄용 잉크 성분의 비가 0.40미만임을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안료 성분의 50 내지 100중량%의 진주빛 안료 및 0 내지 50중량%의 카본 블랙 안료 또는 금속효과 안료, 형광 안료 및/또는 채색 안료를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 3중량%의 구조 형성제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 1 내지 10중량%의 광유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 잉크.
