Abstract

동적 가교로 제조되며 하기의 것들을 함유하는 부분적으로 가교된 폴리올레핀 조성물;
1) 결정성 프로필렌 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체 5~50중량%; 2) 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및/또는 다른 α-올레핀을 함유하며, 상온에서 크실렌에 부분 용해될 수 있는 부분 가교된 탄성 중합체 5~95중량%.
상기 조성물은 상온에서 크실렌에 용해될 수 있는 20~92중량%의 부분을 함유한다. 여기서 에틸렌은 35중량% 또는 그 이하의 양이다.

Claims (8)

1) 결정성 프로필렌 단일 중합체, 또는 프로필렌과 에틸렌 및/또는 CH2=CHR α-올레핀(식 중, R은 C2~C8알킬 라디칼임)과의 공중합체 5~50중량%(여기서 상기 공중합체는 85중량% 이상의 프로필렌을 함유한다); 2) 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및/또는 CH2=CHR α-올레핀(식 중, R은 C2~C8알킬 라디칼임)을 함유하며, 상온에서 크실렌에 일부분 용해될 수 있는 부분적으로 가교된 탄성 중합체 50~95중량%를 포함하며; 상온에서 크실렌에 용해될 수 있고 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및/또는 CH2=CHR α-올레핀(식 중, R은 C2~C8알킬 라디칼임)을 함유하며, 에틸렌이 35% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 분획(Ⅰ)을 20 내지 92중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 부분적으로 가교된 폴리올레핀 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 성분 1)이 프로필렌과 에틸렌 및/또는 CH2=CHR α-올레핀(식 중, R은 C2~C8알킬 라디칼임)과의 결정성 공중합체이며, 상기 공중합체가 95중량% 이상의 프로필렌을 함유하고 있는 조성물.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 5~35중량%의 성분 1) 및 65~95중량%의 성분 2)를 포함하는 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 분획(Ⅰ)이 135℃에서 테트라히드로나프탈렌 중 2~0.5dl/g의 고유점도를 가지는 조성물.
제1항의 부분적으로 가교된 폴리올레핀 조성물을 발포시킴으로써 수득되고 0.2~0.6g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 발포 폴리올레핀 조성물.
A) 결정성 프로필렌 단일 중합체, 또는 에틸렌 및/또는 CH2=CHR α-올레핀(식 중, R은 C2~C8알킬 라디칼임)과 프로필렌의 결정성 공중합체 5~50중량%(상기 공중합체는 85% 이상의 프로필렌을 함유한다); B) 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및/또는 CH2=CHR α-올레핀(식 중, R은 C2~C8알킬 라디칼임)을 함유하며, 상온에서 크실렌에 불용성인 공중합체 분획 0~20중량%; C) 35% 이하의 에틸렌을 함유하며 상온에서 크실렌에 용해될 수 있는, 프로필렌 및/또는 CH2=CHR α-올레핀(식 중, R은 C2~C8디칼임)과 에틸렌과의 공중합체 분획 40~95중량%을 함유하는 가교되지 않은 불균일상 폴리올레핀 조성물과 가교제와의 블랜드를 연속적으로 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 부분적으로 가교된 폴리올레핀 조성물의 제조방법.
제6항에 있어서, 가교제가 유기 과산화물과 공보조제를 함유하는 제조방법.
제7항에 있어서, 과산화물을 160℃에서 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무중 3.3~20분 사이의 반감기를 가지고 있는 것에서 선택하고, 공보조제를 1,2-폴리부타디엔, 트리알릴 시아누레이트, 트리알릴 이소시아누레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 메타아크릴레이트, 디비닐벤젠 및 하기식의 푸란 유도체 중에서 선택하는 제조방법.
[식들 중, X는 -CHO, -COOH, -CHONH2, -CN, -N2, -CH2COCH2COOR 또는 -CH(COOR)2라디칼이다. 여기서 R은 C6~C8아릴 또는 C1~C4알킬이며, n은 1 또는 2이고, R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며, 수소 C1~C4알킬 또는 C5~C8시클로알킬이다].
