Claims (26)

  1. 용융 가공할 수 있는 하기(A)와 (B)의 블렌드를 포함하는 열가소성 조성물：(A)에틸렌이나 프로필렌 또는 그 혼합물의 중합된 단량체 단위로 이루어진 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지 15-75 중량부, 및 (B)알킬아크릴레이트의 알킬기가 1-6탄소원자를 갖고 에틸렌이 약 60-90중량% 함유된 에틸렌/알킬 아크릴레이트/1,4-부텐디오익산의 모노알킬 에스테르 중합체를 동적으로 가교 결합시킴으로써 제조된 가교결합 에틸렌/알킬 아크릴레이트 탄성 중합체 25-85 중량부.(상기 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성중합체는 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지를 통해 분산되어 있음)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성중합체가 에틸렌을 약 65-80중량% 함유한 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성중합체의 알킬 아크릴레이트가 메틸 아크릴레이트인 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성중합체의 1,4-부텐디오익산의 모노알킬 에스테르가 모노에틸 수소 말레이트인 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지가 에틸렌의 중합된 단량체 단위를 포함하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지가 프로필렌의 중합된 단량체 단위를 포함하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지가 프로필렌의 중합된 단량체 단위를 포함하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지가 프로필렌의 중합된 단량체 단위를 포함하고 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성중합체가 에틸렌, 메틸 아크릴레이트 및 모노에틸 수소 말레이트로 이루어진 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 주성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성중합체가 약 65-80중량%의 에틸렌을 함유하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 충진제를 함유하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소 오일을 함유하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 가소제를 함유하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  13. 하기 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지(A)와 하기 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성중합체(B)의 블렌드를 포함하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물：(A) 에틸렌이나 프로필렌 또는 그 혼합물의 중합된 단량체 단위로 이루어진 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지 20-70중량부, 및 (B)에틸렌을 약 65-80중량%함유한 에틸렌/메틸아크릴레이트/모노에틸 수소 말레이트 공중합체를 동적으로 가교결합시킴으로써, 제조된 가교결합 에틸렌/알킬 아크릴레이트 탄성중합체 30-80중량부.(이때 상기 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성중합체는 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지를 통해 분산되어 있음)
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지가 프로필렌의 중합된 단량체 단위로 이루어진 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물.
  15. 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지 및 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성 중합체의 블렌드를 포함한 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물을 제조하기 위한, 하기(1)과 (2)를 포함하는 방법：(1) 믹서에 하기(A)-(C)를 첨가하고：(A) 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는 이들의 공중합체인 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지 15-75중량부, (B) 약 60-90중량%에틸렌, 알킬기가 1-6탄소원자를 함유한 알킬 아크릴레이트 및 1,4-부텐디오익 산의 모노알킬 에스테르를 지닌 가교결합되지 않은 탄성중합체 25-85중량부, (C) 에틸렌, 알킬 아크릴레이트 탄성중합체를 위한 가교결합체, (2) 폴리올레핀수지를 연화시키고 상기 탄성중합체를 동적으로 가교결합시키기에 충분한 온도에서 조성물을 혼합하고 전단 작용시킴으로써, 가교결합된 탄성중합체가 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지를 통하여 분산되도록 한다.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 믹서내에 약 65-80중량%의 에틸렌을 포함하는 가교결합되지 않은 탄성중합체를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 비경화 탄성중합체의 경화부위가 모노에틸 수소 말레이트인 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 믹서내에 에틸렌, 메틸 아크릴레이트 및 모노에틸 수소 말레이트로 이루어진 가교결합되지 않은 탄성중합체를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 믹서내에 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지 폴리에틸렌을 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 믹서내에 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지 폴리프로필렌을 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  21. 제15항에 있어서, 믹서내에 무기 충진제를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  22. 제15항에 있어서, 믹서내에 탄화수소 오일을 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  23. 제15항에 있어서, 믹서내에 가소제를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  24. 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지 및 동적으로 가교결합된 탄성중합체의 블렌드를 포함한 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물을 제조하기 위한 하기(1)과 (2)를 포함하는 제조방법：(1) 믹서내에 하기(A)-(C)를 첨가하고：(A)결정질 폴리올레핀 수지 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌 25-70중량부, (B) 약 65-80중량%의 에틸렌, 메틸 아크릴레이트 및 알킬기가 1-6탄소원자를 함유한 1,4-부텐디오익산의 모노알킬에스테르로 이루어진 가교결합되지 않은 탄성 중합체 30-75중량부, (C)에틸렌, 메틸 아크릴레이트 탄성중합체를 위한 가교결합제, (2) 폴리올레핀수지를 연화시키고 탄성중합체를 동적으로 가교결합시키기에 충분한 온도에서 조성물을 혼합하고 전단작용시킴으로써, 가교결합된 탄성중합체가 결정질 폴리올레핀 수지를 통해 분산되도록 한다.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지가 폴리프로필렌인 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 1,4-부텐디오익산의 모노알킬 에스테르가 모노에틸 수소 말레이트인 용융 가공할 수 있는 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
