Claims (16)

  1. 하기 (A), (B), (C), (D) 및 (E)로 구성된 배합물을 경화하여 형성된 엘라스토머 조성물. (A) 83-94phr의 불포화 고무 ;(B) 3-27phr의, 수평균 분자량이 35,000이상인 최소한 하나의 에틸렌/프로필렌/비공액디엔 3원 공중합체 ; (C) 3-27phr의, 수평균 분자량이 500-15,000인 에틸렌/프로필렌/비공액디엔 3원 공중합체 ; (D) 2-7.5phr의 퀴놀린 내붕궤제 ; 및 (E) 유효량의 경화제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0.5-5phr의 성분(E)가 존재하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 83-92phr의 성분(A) : 4-20phr의 성분(B) ; 및 4-20phr의 성분(C)가 존재하는 조성물.
  4. 제3에 있어서, 85-90phr의 성분(A) ; 5-10phr의 성분(B) ; 및 5-10phr의 성분(C)가 존재하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 분자량이 2,000-10,000인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 분자량이 4,000-7,000인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가, 천연고무, 시스-폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리(스티렌-부타디엔) 및 폴리(아크릴니트릴-부타디엔)으로 구성되어 있는 군으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(D)가, 중합화 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,2-디히드로-퀴놀린, 6-도데실-2,2,4-트리메틸-1,2-디히드로퀴놀린 및 6-에톡시-2,2,4-트리메틸-1,2-디히드로퀴놀린으로 구성되어 있는 군으로 부터 선택된 조성물.
  9. 하기(Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ) 단계로 구성되는, 엘라스토머 조성물의 제조방법 : (Ⅰ) 하기 (A), (B), (C), (D) 및 (E)로 구성된 배합물을 형성하는 단계 : (A) 83-94phr의 불포화 고무 : (B) 3-27phr의, 수평균 분자량이 35,000이상인 최소한 하나의 엔티렌/프로필렌/비공액디엔 3원 공중합체 : (C) 3-27phr의 수평균 분자량이500-15,000인 에틸렌/프로펠렌/비공액디엔 3원 공중합체 : (D) 2-7.5phr의 퀴놀린 내붕궤제 : 및 (E) 유효량의 경화제 및 (Ⅱ) 상기 배합물을, 상기 배합물을 경화하기에 충분한 시간동안 경화조건에 적응시키는 단계.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 0.5-5phr의 성분(E)가 존재하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 83-92phr의 성분(A) : 4-20phr의 성분(B) : 및 4-20phr의 성분(C)가 존재하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 85-90phr의 성분(A) : 5-10phr의 성분(B) : 및 5-10phr의 성분(C)가 존재하는 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 분자량이 2,000-10,000인 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 분자량이 4,000-7,000인 방법.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 성분(A)가, 천연고무, 시스-폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리(스티렌-부타디엔) 및 폴리(아크릴로니트로-부타디엔)으로 구성되어 있는 군으로 부터 선택된 방법.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 성분(D)가, 중합화 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,2-디히드로-퀴놀린, 6-도데실-2,2,4-트리메틸-1,2-디히드로퀴놀린 및 6-에톡시-2,2,4-트리메틸-1,2-디히드로퀴놀린으로 구성되어 있는 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
