Abstract

본 발명은 차량측면도어용 보강바아의 지지구조에 관한 것으로, 중심부에 취부구멍(9)을 갖춘 몸체(10)의 양쪽 모서리부에 1쌍의 상부플랜지(11)와 하부플랜지 (12)가 각각 일체로 형성되고 상기 각각의 상부플랜지(11) 사이에 이와 마주보도록 다른 상부플랜지(13)가 일체로 형성된 지지브라켓트(5)가, 측면도어(1)의 내측패널 (7) 하단부에 돌출형성된 고정부재(8)를 매개로 고정되면서 상기 상부플랜지 (11,13)가 보강바아(2)를 감싼상태로 고정부착됨과 더불어, 상기 하부플랜지(12)가 내측패널(7)의 헤밍부에 고정부착되는 한편, 상기 지지브라켓트(5)와 도어외측패널 (6) 사이에 다수의 충진재(14)가 배열 설치된 구조로 되어, 차량측면도어(2)에 가해지는 충격에너지를 상기 지지브라켓트(5)를 매개로 실사이드와 바닥판으로 분산시켜 주고, 충진재(14)를 매개로 외측패널(6)의 손상을 방지시키도록 되어 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 중심부에 취부구멍(9)을 갖춘 몸체(10)의 양쪽 모서리부에 1쌍의 상부플랜지 (11)와 하부플랜지(12)가 각각 일체로 형성되고 상기 각각의 상부플랜지(11) 사이에 이와 마주보도록 다른 상부플랜지(13)가 일체로 형성된 지지브라켓트(5)가, 측면도어(1)의 내측패널(7) 하단부에 돌출형성된 고정부재(8)를 매개로 고정되면서 상기 상부플랜지(11,13)가 보강바아(2)를 감싼상태로 고정부착됨과 더불어, 상기 하부플랜지(12)가 내측패널(7)의 헤밍부에 고정부착어 이루어진 차량측면도어용 보강바아의 지지구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지브라켓트(5)와 도어외측패널(6) 사이에 충진재 (14)가 길이방향으로 다수개 배열 설치된 것을 차량측면도어용 보강바아의 지지구조.
