Abstract

수평방향으로 배설된 1쌍의 부착부재(1)와, 이들 양 부착부재(1)사이에 건너 걸려진 기초판(3)과의 의하여 형성되는 유니트체를 여러개 설치하고, 이들 유니트체를 지지하는 지지부재(6)를 설치하고, 기초판(3)에, 선반의 세로지주의 하단을 연결고정하는 앵커보울트(19)를 끼워 통해서 부착하고, 부착부재(1)의 기초판(3)과를 보울트, 너트(4)로 연결하였다.
공장등에서 미리 1쌍의 부착부재(1) 사이에 기초판(3)을 건너 걸어서 유니트체를 여러개 형성하여 둔다. 이 때, 부착부채(1)와 기초판(3)과를 보울트, 너트(4)로 연결하기 때문에, 용접이 불필요하게 되고, 따라서 연결작업이 용이해진다. 그 후, 이들 유니트체를 현장에 반입함으로써 현장에서의 부착부재(1)와 기초판(3)과의 조립작업을 생략할 수 있기 때문에, 현장에서의 작업을 경감할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수평방향으로 해설된 1쌍의 부착부재(1)와, 이들 양 부착부재(1) 사이에 건너 걸려진 기초판(3)에 의하여 형성되는 유니트부재(5)를 여러개 설치하고, 이들 유니트체(5)를 소정 레벨로 지지하는 지지부재(6)를 설치하고, 상기 기초판(3)에, 구조지주 하단을 연결고정하는 앵커보울트(13),(19)를 끼워서 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 구조지주 하단의 지지장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 부착부재(1)와 기초판(3)을 붙이고 떼기 자유로운 연결구로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 구조지주 하단의 지지장치.
