Abstract

탄화수소 공급 재료의 촉매 부분 산화 방법은 탄화수소 공급 재료 및 산소-함유 가스로 구성되는 공급물을 승압 및 적어도 950℃ 온에서 촉매적 활성 금속으로서 로듐, 이리듐 또는 루테늄으로 구성된 촉매와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된다.

Claims (12)

  1. 탄화수소 공급재료 및 산소-함유 가스로 구성된 공급물을 승압 및 적어도 950℃ 온도에서 촉매적 활성 금속으로서 로듐, 이리듐 또는 루테늄으로 구성된 촉매와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된 탄화수소 공급 재료의 촉매 부분 산화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소 공급 재료가 메탄, 천연 가스, 혼합 가스 또는 저급 탄화수소 원료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 산소-함유 가스가 실질적으로 순수한 산소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1-3항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 공급물이 산소-대-탄소 비가 0.3-0.8 바람직하게는 0.45-0.75, 보다 바람직하게 0.45-0.65이도록하는 양으로 탄화수소 공급재료 및 산소-함유 가스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1-4항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 공급물을 촉매와 150바아까지, 바람직하게 3-100바아, 보다 바람직하게 10-75바아 범위내 압력에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1-5항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 공급물을 촉매와 950-1300℃, 바람직하게 950-1200℃ 범위내 온도에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1-6항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 공급물을 촉매와 20,000-50,000,000N1/1시, 바람직하게는 50,000-20,000,000N1/1시, 보다 바람직하게 500,000-10,000,000N1/1시 범위내 시간당 가스의 공간 속도에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1-7항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 로듐으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1-8항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 고정 베드 배열, 바람직하게 높은 사행 보다 바람직하게 1.1-5.0 범위내 시행을 갖는 고정 베드 배열에 보유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 촉매가 촉매적 활성 금속으로 함침된 세라믹 기포 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1-10항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 공급물을 촉매와 실질적으로 단열 조건하에 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1-11 항중 임의의 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 모든 일산화탄소 또는 수소.
