Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 외부 측면에 부착되어 운전자로 하여금 차량의 좌우 및 후방을 확인하는데 사용되는 차량용 백미러의 구조에 관한 것으로, 백미러가 차실내에 설치된 조작 스위치에 의해 전개(펼쳐짐) 혹은 절첩(접혀짐)되도록 한 것이다.
그 구성은 차체측에 고정되는 고정부재(2)와 절첩·전개되는 이동부재(3)의 사이에 에어(유압)실린더(7)를 설치하여 이 실린더(7)의 피스톤로드(7a)가 신장·신축함에 따라 이동부재(3)가 절첩·전개되도록 한 것을 좁은 골목 등의 주행 혹은 주차시 스위치 조작에 의해 차폭을 최소화시켜 주행 혹은 주차할 수 있는 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 장치가 설치된 상태의 사시도로서 미러를 해탈시킨 상태의 개략 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명의 백미러 내부에 설치되는 구동장치를 보인 일부 확대도로서 제1도의 "X"화살표에서 본 상태도, 제3도는 본 발명의 평면에서 본 작동상태도로서 (A)도는 이동부재(미러체)가 펼쳐진 상태도이고, (B)도는 이동부재가 90℃ 각도로 접혀진 상태도.

Claims (2)

  1. 차체에 고정부착된 고정부재(2)측에 이동부재(3)가 축에 의해 힌지 결합되어 절첩전개가 가능하도록된 공지의 백미러(1)의 구조에 있어서, 상기한 고정부재(2)와 이동부재(3)간에 지지봉(9)을 설치하고, 이지지봉(9)의 소정부에 에어실린더(7)의 피스톤로드(7a)의 선단을 접속시켜 실린더(7)의 작동시 피스톤로드(7a)가 상기한 지지봉(9)을 강제로 밀거나 당기므로서 이동부재(3)가 절첩·전개되도록 하며, 상기한 축(4)과 이동부재(3)간에 연결부재(5)를 설치하여 고정부재(2)와이동부재(3)간의 결속을 보강시키고, 고정부재(2)와 이동부재(3)의 접촉부 외측둘레붕 유연성의 주름커버(6)가 둘러씌워진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 백미러의 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에어실린더(7)는 유압실린더로서 교체사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 백미러의 구조.
