Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 차체 조립 라인등서 작업부재를 고정시켜 주는 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 차종변경시 크기 및 형상이 다른 작업부재를 지그의 교환없이도 고정시킬 수 있는 다종류의작업부재 고정장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 프레임(10)의 일측에 설치되어 회전기구(16)을 통하여 회전축(17)를 회전시키는 모터(14)와, 상기한 회전축(17)의 선단부에 등분위치되어 위치결정이 선택되며 각각의 클램핑용 실린더(C1)의 작동에 의해 가동부재(26)(27)(28)(29)가 요동운동하여 차종에 따른 작업부재를 고정하는 제1, 2, 3, 4고정수단(18)(19)(20)(21)들을 포함하는 다종류의 작업부재 고정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1, 2, 3, 4고정수단(18)(19)(20)(21)은 회전축(17)에 고정되는 고정부재(22)(23)(24)(25)와, 이 고정부재들에 각각 측면이 힌지결합되는 클램핑용 실린더(C1)와, 이 클램핑용 실린더(C1)의 피스톤로드 서단부에 힌지결합되며 고정부재(18)(19)(20)(21)의 일측단에 중앙부위가 힌지결합되는 가동부재(26)(27)(28)(29)들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다종류의 작업부재 고정장치.
