Abstract
본 발명은 본질적으로 물과 비혼화성인 에테르용 용매의 존재하에 포름알데히드를 하이드로겐 플루오라이드와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 비스(플루오로메틸) 에테르의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 비스(플루오로메틸) 에테르는, 선택적으로 용매로부터 분리한후 바람직하게는 금속, 금속 옥사이드, 금속 플루오라이드 또는 금속 옥시플루오라이드 촉매의 존재하에 비스(플루오로메틸) 에테르를 고온으로 가열함으로써 디플루오로메탄으로 전환시킬수 있다.

Claims (15)
- 본질적으로 물과 비혼화성인 에테르용 용매의 존재하에 포름알데히드를 하이드로겐 플루오라이드와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 비스 (플루오로메틸) 에테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비스(플루오로메틸) 에테르에 대해 등물량 이하의 물로 구성된 용매상을 수성상으로부터 분리하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (a) 포름알데히드를 하이드로겐 플루오라이드와 접촉시키는 단계 및 (b)단계 (a)의 생성물을 용매와 접촉시키는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포름알데히드를 액상의 하이드로겐 플루오라이드와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 용매가 액상인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 혼합-침강 장치내에서 실시되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 액-액 접촉 컬럼에서 실시되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 단계(a)의 생성물이 용매에 대해 항류로 흐르도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 임의로 할로겐화된 지방족 (하이드로) 카본으로 구성된 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 클로로카본으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 염소를 함유한 C1-C4알칸으로 구성되는 방법.
- (a) 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와같은 본질적으로 물과 비혼화성인 에테르용 용매의 존재하에 포름알데히드를 하이드로겐 플루오라이드와 접촉시킴으로써 비스 (플루오로메틸) 에테르를 제조하는 단계 및 (b) 비스(플루오로메틸) 에테를 반응 영역에 공급하여 디플루오로메탄으로 전환시키는 단계로 구성되는 디플루오로메탄의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 용매로부터 에테르를 분리하는 단계와 비스 (플루오로메틸) 에테르를 단계(b)에 공급하는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 단계(b)가 비스(플루오로메틸) 에테르를 증기상에서, 바람직하게는 촉매의 존재하에 고온으로 가열하는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 촉매가 니켈, 크롬, 알루미늄 및 철, 또는 이들 금속중 최소한 하나의 합금, 또는 이들의 옥사이드, 플루오라이드 또는 옥시플루오라이드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 금속으로 구성되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
