Abstract
유압식 셋팅 장치는 펌프(16)에 의해 계속적으로 압력이 가해지는 자동 실린더(11)의 환형 공간(14)을 가진다. 큰 피스톤 표면에서 압력 공간(18)은 연결 도관(41)을 통하여 펌프에 연결되어 있다. 제어 밸브(21)로 안내한 도관 분기는 상기 연결 도관(41)에서 시작한다. 다른쪽 단부에서 상기 제어 밸브는 복귀 도관(26)과 연결된다. 도관 분기(19)내 즉, 자동 실린더의 압력 공간(14, 18)내 압력은 제어 밸브의 적당한 작동에 의해 변화될 수 있다.

본 발명의 2개의 실시예가 다음의 설명과 도면에 보다 자세하게 설명되어 있다. 본 발명의 유압 셋팅 장치가 제1도 및 제2도에 단순화 되어 도시되어 있다.
Claims (9)
- 큰 피스톤 표면에서 압력 공간(18)내의 압력이 전자기적 작동 제어 밸브(21, 21a)에 의해 변하는 반면 차동 피스톤(12, 13)의 환형 표면은 계속적으로 펌프(16)에 의해 압력 매개체를 받는 각각의 부분 압력이 압력 매개체의 부분적인 방류에 의해 압력 공간(14, 18)에서 발생하고, 부분 압력은 특정의 기준에 대한 함수로서 상응하는 연속적인 또는 불연속적인 제어 밸브의 작동에 의해 일정하게 유지되고, 차동 피스톤의 비과도 위치에서 조절 압력보다 훨씬 작은 유지 압력이 정해지는 유압용 셋팅 장치(10)에 있어서, 제어 밸브(21, 21a)가 큰 피스톤 표면의 압력 공간(18)과 펌프(16)사이에 연장된 도관 연결부(15, 41, 41a, 41b, 19)의 분기부에 장치되고, 상기 도관 분기(19)내 압력이 제어 밸브를 통하여 압력 매개체를 방류시켜서 변화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 셋팅 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 밸브(21, 21a)는 비례 자석(31)에 의해 작동되는 압력 제한 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 셋팅 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 도관 분기(19)의 상류에 위치하는 도로를 위치(42)가 도관 연결부(41)에 장치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 셋팅 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 도로를 위치(42)를 비례 자석(31)에 의해 배전되는 바이패스(43, 33, 35,32,44)에서 바이패스 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 셋팅 장치.
- 제1항, 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어 밸브는 전자기적으로 작동되는 2/2-방향 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 셋팅 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력 제한 밸브(47)는 도관 분긴의 도관 연결부(41a, 41b) 상류에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 셋팅 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 압력 제한 밸브의 밸브 소자(52)의 후미에 주위 압력(ambient pressure)을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 셋팅 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 압력 제한 밸브(47)의 밸브 소자는 자유롭게 안내되고, 제어 밸브(21a)에 정해진 압력은 밸브 소자의 후미상에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 셋팅 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 셋팅 장치는 내연기관의 크랭크 샤프트에 관하여 내연 기관의 캠샤프트 조절용 장치를 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 셋팅 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
