Abstract

본 발명은 클러치 페달의 조작으로 유압을 형성시키는 클러치 마스터 실린더와 릴리스 실린더간의 유로구조에서 배면이 평판인 외주면에 길이방향으로 오일통로가 요설되고, 중앙에는 오일 유입구와 동일 직경의 오일통공이 천공된 제2밸브를 전방에서 상기 오일 유입구측의 리턴 스프링에 의해 탄지되도록 한 대경부와; 유출구측의 배면과 외주면 길이방향으로는 오일통로가 요설되고, 중앙에는 상기 제1밸브의 오일통공보다 작은 직경의 오일통공이 천공된 제1밸브를 전방에서 상기 제1밸브 배면과 사이의 리턴스프링에 의해 탄지되도록 한 소경부; 가 일체로 이루어지도록 하여 클러치의 오일회로에 간단한 유압 제어 구조가 형성되면서 클러치 조작에서의 반클러치 조작을 매우 간편하게 수행되도록 하므로서 운전자의 편의를 제공하게 되는 동시에 정확한 클러치의 체결 유도로 클러치 디스크의 마모나 손상이 방지되도록 하므로서 클러치 부품의 내구성이 향상되도록 하는 장점이 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 클러치 페달의 조작으로 유압을 형성시키는 클러치 마스터 실린더와 릴리스 실린더간의 유로구조에서 배면이 평판인 외주면에 길이방향으로 오일통로가 요설되고, 중앙에는 오일 유입구와 동일 직경의 오일통공이 천공된 제1밸브를 전방에서 상기 오일 유입구측의 리턴 스프링에 의해 탄지되도록 한 대경부와; 유출구측의 배면과 외주면 길이방향으로는 오일통로가 요설되고, 중앙에는 상기 제1밸브의 오일통공보다 작은 직경의 오일통공이 천공된 제2밸브를 전방에서 상기 제1밸브 배면과 사이의 리턴 스프링에 의해 탄지되도록 한 소경부; 가 일체로 이루어지는 구성임을 특징으로 하는 클러치의 유압 제어 구조.
