중성 할로겐화 메탈로센을 주성분으로 한 화합물을 이종성 매질에서 이온화제를 주성분으로 한 화합물과 혼합하여서 하는 고체 전구물질의 제조방법.
주기율표 ⅠA, ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅢA와 ⅣA족에서 선택한 금속에서 유도된 유기금속 화합물과, 상술한 고체 전구물질을 함유하는 촉매계, 이 촉매계를 사용하는 올레핀의 중합법.

Claims (29)
- 중성 메탈로센이 할로겐화 상태에 있어야하고, 전이금속이 최소한 하나의 할로겐 원자에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 전이금속과 최소한 하나의 이온화제에서 유도된 최소한 하나의 중성 메탈로센을 함유하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매계의 고체 전구물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중성 메탈로센이 일반식(Cp)a(Cp′)bMXxZz로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 고체 전구물질 : 상기 식에서, -Cp와 Cp′는 각각 중심원자 M에 배위 결합된 불포화 탄화수소를 나타내고, Cp와 Cp′기는 공유다리에 의하여 결합될 수 있으며, -M는 원조주기율표 ⅢB, ⅣB, ⅤB와 ⅥB에서 선택한 전이금속을 나타내며, -a, b, x와 z는 (a+b+x+z)=m, x>0, z≥과, a와 또는 b=0과 같은 정수를 나타내며, -m는 전이금속 M의 원자가를 나타내며, -X는 할로겐을 나타내며, -Z는 임의로 산소 또는 일반식(-Rt -Si -R′R″R′″)의 실일기를 갖는 탄화수소기를 나타내며, -상기 식에서 R은 20개 이하의 탄소원자를 함유하는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알켄일, 아릴, 알콕시 또는 시클로알킬기를 나타내며, -R′, R″와 R′″는 같거나 다르고 각각 할로겐 또는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알켄일, 아릴, 알콕시 또는 20개 이하의 탄소원자를 함유하는 시클로알킬기를 나타내며, -t는 0 또는 1을 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 전이금속이 지르코늄임을 특징으로 하는 고체 전구물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이온화제를 트리페닐카르베늄테트라키스(펜타플루오로페닐)보레이트와 트리(펜타플루오로페닐)붕소에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 고체 전구물질.

- 제 5 항에 있어서, 이온화제가 트리페닐카르베늄테트라키스(펜타플루오로페닐)보레이트임을 특징으로 하는 전구물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중성 메탈로센과 이온화제 사이의 몰비가 0.5~2임을 특징으로 하는 고체 전구물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가적으로 무기 또는 중합지지체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고체 전구물질.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 지지체를 실리카, 알루미나, 이염화 마그네슘, 인산 알루미늄과 이들의 혼합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 고체 전구물질.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 지지체와 중성 메탈로센 사이의 중량비가 0.1~1,000임을 특징으로 하는 고체 전구물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1~500㎛의 평균직경 D와 5~50㎛의 표준편차 δ로 표시되는 입자크기를 갖는 분말형태로 이루어지고 1~50중량%의 할로겐과 0.1~30중량%의 전이금속을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고체 전구물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한편으로 중성 할로겐화 메탈로센과 이온화제를 혼합한 후 질소 분위기하에 실온에서 48시간동안 저장한 상기 전구물질과 유기금속 화합물을 0.1~10의 중량비로 함유하는 촉매계의 존재하에 1시간동안 1바아의 분압하에 에틸렌을 중합하여 얻은 폴리에틸렌의 중량과, 다른 한편으로 전구물질을 저장하지 않은 동일한 촉매계의 존재하에 1바아의 분압으로 1시간동안 에틸렌을 중합하여 얻은 폴리에틸렌의 중량 사이의 비율에 의하여 정의되는 0.95 이상의 안정도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 고체 전구물질.
- 이온화제를 주성분으로 한 최소한 하나의 화합물을 전이금속에서 유도된 중성 메탈로센을 주성분으로 한 최소한 하나의 화합물과 혼합하여서 하는 제 1 항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 따른 고체 전구물질의 제조방법에 있어서, 중성 메탈로센이 할로겐화 상태에 있어야 하고, 전이금속이 최소한 하나의 할로겐원자에 결합되고 혼합을 이종성 매질에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 혼합을 0~100℃의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 혼합물에 지지체를 부가적으로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 지지체와 중성 메탈로센을 주성분으로 한 화합물의 혼합물을 우선 제조한 다음, 이에 이온화제를 주성분으로 한 화합물을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 이온화제를 주성분으로 한 화합물의 첨가는 중성 메탈로센을 주성분으로 한 화합물의 최소한 80%가 용액에 불용해하는 이온화제를 주성분으로 한 화합물의 용액에 액체없이 얻은 지지체와 중성 메탈로센을 주성분으로 한 화합물의 혼합물을 함침시켜서 행함을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 지지체와 중성 메탈로센을 주성분으로한 화합물의 혼합을 10~120℃의 온도에서 행하고, 이온화제를 주성분으로 한 화합물의 첨가를 0~60℃의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제13항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물에 촉매화합물을 부가적으로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제13항 내지 제19항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이온화제를 주성분으로 한 화합물을 얻기 위하여, 전구물질의 지지체와 또는 촉매화합물을 이온화제의 용액에 함침시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제13항 내지 제20항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중성 메탈로센을 주성분으로 한 화합물을 얻기 위하여, 지지체와 또는 촉매화합물을 중성 메탈로센의 용액에 함침시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제19항 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매화합물이 주기율표 ⅢB, ⅣB, ⅤB와 ⅥB족에서 선택한 10~30중량%의 전이금속, 20~50중량%의 할로겐, 0.5~20중량%의 마그네슘과 0.5~20중량%의 알루미늄을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 따른 고체 전구물질을 주기율표 ⅠA, ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅢA와 ⅣA족에서 선택한 금속에서 유도된 유기금속 화합물과 접촉시켜서 얻은 올레핀 중합용 촉매계.
- 제23항에 있어서, 유기금속 화합물을 일반식AlTT′T″(여기서 각 T, T′와 T″기는 20개 이하의 탄소원자를 함유하는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알켄일, 아릴 또는 알콕시기를 나타낸다)의 유기 알루미늄 화합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 촉매계.
- 제23항 또는 제24항에 있어서, 유기금속 화합물을 트리에틸알루미늄과 트리이소부틸알루미늄에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 촉매계.
- 제23항 또는 제24항에 있어서, 유기금속 화합물이 트리메틸알루미늄임을 특징으로 하는 상기 촉매계.
- 제23항 내지 제26항중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매계를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 최소한 하나의 올레핀의 중합법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 올레핀을 먼저 유기금속 화합물과 혼합한 다음 이에 고체 전구물질을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 상기 중합법.
- 제27항 또는 제28항에 있어서, 올레핀이 에틸렌과 또는 프로필렌임을 특징으로 하는 중합법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
