Abstract

본 발명은, 특히 가장자리가 예리한 제품을 포장하기 위해, 층 A는 카프롤락탐을 기본으로 하는 하나 이상의 코폴리아미드 및/또는 카프롤락탐 및/또는 비결정성 폴리아미드를 기본으로 하는 코폴리아미드와 지방족 폴라아미드와의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 층 B는 하나 이상의 올레핀계(공) 중합체 층을 함유하며, 층 C는 카프롤락탐을 기본으로 하는 하나 이상의 코폴리아미드의 층 및/또는 카프롤락탐 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드를 기본으로 하는 코폴리아미드와 지방족 폴라이미드와의 혼합물을 함유하고, 층 C/A의 두께 비가 1.5 내지 4이고, 층 D는 최외부 층으로서 밀봉재를 이루는 하나이상의 올레핀계 (공)중합체 층을 함유하고, 두께가 층 D/B의 비로서 3 내지 10, 바람직하게는 4 내지 7이며 ABCD의 순서로 배열된, 열성형이 용이한 다층 필름에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 층 A는 카프롤락탐을 기본으로 하는 하나 이상의 코폴리아미드 및/또는 카프롤락탐 및/또는 비결정성 폴리아미드를 기본으로 하는 코폴리아미드와 지방족 폴리아미드와의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 층 B는 하나 이상의 올레핀계 (공)중합체 층을 함유하며, 층 C는 카프롤락탐을 기본으로 하는 하나 이상의 코폴리아미드의 층 및/또는 카플롤락탐 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드를 기본으로 하는 코폴리아미드와 지방족 폴리아미드와의 혼합물을 함유하고, C/A의 두께 비가 1.5 내지 4이고, 층 D는 최외부 층으로서 밀봉재를 이루는 하나이상의 올레핀계(공)중합체 층을 함유하고, 두께가 층 D/B의 비로서 3 내지 10, 바람직하게는 4 내지 7임을 특징으로 하는 특히 가장자리가 예리한 제품을 포장하기 위한, ABCD 순서로 배열된, 열성형이 용이한 다층 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 층 C의 두께가 30 내지 150㎛, 바람직하게는 50 내지 100㎛인 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 층 D의 두께가 100 내지 250㎛, 바람직하게는 150 내지 200㎛인 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 B가 층 A와 층 C용 결합제로서 작용하는 산 개질된 폴리올레핀을 함유하는 필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 구조물 ABCD 또는 하나 이상의 층 A,B,C 및 D가 동시에 압출 및/또는 접착제를 사용하는 적층 및/또는 압출 피복 및/또는 압출적층에 의해 제조되는 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 D중의 밀봉재가 폴리에틸렌 및/또는 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 및/또는 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체 및/또는 에틸렌/메틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체 및/또는 이오노머인 필름.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀봉층으로부터 떨어져 마주보는 필름의 한쪽면 및/또는 하나 이상의 다른 층 위에 인쇄물이 형성되어 있는 필름.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가장자리가 예리한 식료품, 예를 들면, 소금절임 날고기 제품, 혼합 등의 포장용으로 사용되는 필름.
