Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.調理済み肉製品を取り囲むように形作られたフィルムからなる包装製品であ って、調理済み肉製品がフィルムの肉接触表面に接着しており、フィルムの肉接 触表面が、°Fで、少なくとも: 232−5.0(アクリル酸マー含有量パーセント) のビカー軟化点を有するオレフィン/アクリル酸コポリマーからなり、調理済み 肉製品が、ソーセージ、ボローニャ、モルタデッラ、ブラウンシュワイクソーセ ージ及びハムからなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなる包装製品。 2.オレフィンがエチレンからなり、調理済み肉製品が、ソーセージ、ボローニ ャ、モルタデッラ、ブラウンシュワイクソーセージ及びハム・アンド・ウォータ ー製品からなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなる、請求項1記載の包装 製品。 3.エチレン/アクリル酸コポリマーが、°Fで、少なくとも: 232−4.5(アクリル酸マー含有量パーセント) のビカー軟化点を有し、エチレン/アタクリル酸コポリマーが、コポリマーの重 量基準で約1〜30パーセントの量のアクリル 酸又はメタクリル酸マーからなる、請求項2記載の包装製品。 4.エチレン/アクリル酸コポリマーが、°Fで、少なくとも: 232−4.0(アクリル酸マー含有量パーセント) のビカー軟化点を有し、エチレン/アタクリル酸コポリマーが、コポリマーの重 量基準で約3〜20パーセントの量のアクリル酸マーからなる、請求項3記載の 包装製品。 5.エチレン/アクリル酸コポリマーが、°Fで、少なくとも: 232−3.5(アクリル酸マー含有量パーセント) のビカー軟化点を有し、エチレン/アタクリル酸コポリマーが、コポリマーの重 量基準で約5〜15パーセントの量のアクリル酸マーからなる、請求項4記載の 包装製品。 6.フィルムが多層フィルムであり、オレフィン/アクリル酸コポリマーが第一 フィルム層内に存在し、多層フィルムが更に、ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、 ポリアミド、ポリエステル、重合したエチレンビニルアルコール、ポリ塩化ビニ リデン、ポリエーテル、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート及びデンプン含有ポリ マーからなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなる第二層からなる、請求項 5記載の包装製品。 7.フィルムが更に、第一層と第二層との間の第三層からなり、 第三層がO2−バリヤー層として機能し、重合したエチレン/ビニルアルコール コポリマー、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリアミド、ポリアルキレンカーボネート及 びポリエステルからなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなる、請求項6記 載の包装製品。 8.第二層がポリアミドからなり、そして フィルムが更に、第一層と第二層との間にあり、エチレンビニルアルコールコ ポリマー及びエチレン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマーからなる群から選択 された少なくとも1員からなるコア第三層からなる請求項6記載の包装製品。 9.フィルムが更に、 第一層と第三層との間の第四層、第四層は、ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、 ポリアミド、ポリエステル、重合したエチレンビニルアルコール、ポリ塩化ビニ リデン、ポリエーテル、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート及びデンプン含有ポリ マーからなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなる、並びに 第一層と第四層との間の第五層、第五層はタイ層として機能し、無水物グラフ トポリオレフィンからなる、 からなる、請求項8記載の包装製品。 10.フィルムが更に、 外側フィルム層であり、ポリアミドからなる第六層及び タイ層として機能し、第二層と第六層との間にある第七層からなる、請求項9 記載の包装製品。 11.フィルムが更に、 第六層と第七層との間の第八層、第八層はポリアミドからなる、及び 第一層と第五層との間の、エチレン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、プ ロピレン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、ブテン/アルファー−オレフィ ンコポリマー、エチレン/不飽和エステルコポリマー及びエチレン/不飽和酸コ ポリマーからなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなるコア第九層からなる 、請求項10記載の包装製品。 12.第二層が、エチレン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、プロピレン/ アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、ブテン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマ ー、エチレン/不飽和エステルコポリマー及びエチレン/不飽和酸コポリマーか らなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなる、請求項7記載の包装製品。 13.フィルムが更に、第二層と第三層との間の第四層からなり、第四層はタイ 層として機能し、変性エチレン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、変性エチ レン/不飽和エステルコポリマー、変性エチレン/不飽和酸コポリマー、ポリス チレン及びポリウレタンからなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなる、請 求項12記載の包装製品。 14.フィルムが更に、第一層と第三層との間の第五層、第五層は、ポリオレフ ィン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル及びポリウレタンからなる群から選択された少 なくとも1員からなる、並びに 第三層と第五層との間の第六層、第六層はタイ層として機能し、第六層は、変 性エチレン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、変性エチレン/不飽和エステ ルコポリマー、変性エチレン/不飽和酸コポリマー、ポリスチレン及びポリウレ タンからなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなる、 からなる、請求項13記載の包装製品。 15.フィルムの肉接触表面がコロナ処理されている、請求項14記載の包装製 品。 16.肉接触層がそれ自身にシールされている、請求項14記 載の包装製品。 17.第二層が外側層であり、肉接触層が第二層にシールされている請求項14 記載の包装製品。 18.第二層がコロナ処理されている、請求項17記載の包装製品。 19.第五層が、エチレン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、プロピレン/ アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、ブテン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマ ー、エチレン/不飽和エステルコポリマ一及びエチレン/不飽和酸コポリマーか らなる群から選択された少なくとも1貞からなる、請求項14記載の包装製品。 20.多層フィルムが更に、 エチレン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、プロピレン/アルファー−オ レフィンコポリマー、ブテン/アルファー−オレフィンコポリマー、エチレン/ 不飽和エステルコポリマー及びエチレン/不飽和酸コポリマーからなる群から選 択された少なくとも1員からなる第七層、並びに ポリアミド、ポリエステル及び熱可塑性エラストマーからなる群から選択され た少なくとも1員からなる第八層 からなる、請求項14記載の包装製品。 21.第八層が、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド 66、ポリアミド69、ポリアミド610、ポリアミド612、ポリアミド61 、ポリアミド6T、MXD6及びこれらのコポリマーからなる群から選択された 少なくとも1員からなる請求項20記載の包装製品。 22.第八層がポリアミド6からなる、請求項21記載の包装製品。 23.フィルムが二軸延伸されている、請求項20記載の包装製品。 24.フィルムが185°Fの温度で10パーセントより小さい横方向自由収縮 を有する、請求項23記載の包装製品。 25.フィルムが、185°Fの温度で少なくとも10パーセントの縦方向自由 収縮及び185°Fの温度で少なくとも約10パーセントの横方向自由収縮を有 する、請求項23記載の包装製品。 26.フィルムが、少なくとも部分的に架橋されている、請求項25記載の包装 製品。 27.(A)肉製品をフィルムの中に包むことによって、肉製 品を包装物内に包装すること、ここで、フィルムの肉接触表面は、°Fで、少な くとも: 232−5.0(アクリル酸マー含有量パーセント) のビカー軟化点を有するオレフィン/アクリル酸コポリマーからなり、この調理 済み肉製品は、ソーセージ、ボローニャ、モルタデッラ、ブラウンシュワイクソ ーセージ及びハム・アンド・ウォーター製品からなる群から選択された少なくと も1員からなる、及び (B)この肉製品をフィルムの中で調理し、そうしてフィルムの肉接触表面を肉 製品に接着させるようにすること、 からなる方法。 28.(A)肉製品を密閉するようにヒートシールした二軸延伸フィルムの中に 包装すること、ここで、フィルムの肉接触表面は、°Fで、少なくとも: 232−5.0(アクリル酸マー含有量パーセント) のビカー軟化点を有するオレフィン/アクリル酸コポリマーからなり、この調理 済み肉製品は、ソーセージ、ボローニャ、モルタデッラ、ブラウンシュワイクソ ーセージ、鶏肉及びハムからなる群から選択された少なくとも1員からなる、及 び (B)この肉製品をフィルムの中で調理し、そうしてフィルムの肉接触表面を肉 製品に接看させるようにすること、 からなる方法。 29.フィルムが、185°Fの温度で少なくとも10パーセントの縦方向自由 収縮及び185°Fの温度で少なくとも約10パーセントの横方向自由収縮を有 する、請求項28記載の方法。 30.フィルムが多層フィルムであり、オレフィン/アクリル酸コポリマーが、 多層フィルムの全重量の少なくとも10重量パーセントを占める第一フィルム層 内に存在する、請求項29記載の方法。 31.フィルムが、少なくとも部分的に架橋されている、請求項30記載の方法 。 32.オレフィン/アクリル酸コポリマーが、10%より少ないアクリル酸マー からなるエチレン/アクリル酸コポリマーからなり、調理済み肉製品の外表面が 、少なくとも160°Fの温度に少なくとも30分間付される、請求項30記載 の方法。 33.第一フィルム層に更に、酸化防止剤が含有されている、請求項32記載の 方法。
