Abstract

경사판을 추력방향에서 지지하는 추력베어링의 스프링작용의 응답성을 향상하고, 진동 및 소음을 제어한다.
추력베어링(12),(13)을 구성하는 전후 한쌍의 궤도륜(12a),(12b),(13a),(13b)의 외주근처와 내주근처의 추력수용면(S2),(S4)에 대해서 추력방향의 전(前) 하중을 부여하고 양 추력베어링(12),(13)을 탄성변형시켜서 경사지게 한다. 이 경사진 상태에서 궤도륜(12a),(12b)의 추력수용면(S2),(S4)에 대해서 전기한 경사판(10)의 보스(10a)의 앞쪽의 선회추력수용면(S1)과 실린더블록(1)쪽의 고정추력수용면(S3)이 평면접촉하도록 경사진 추력수용면으로 구성한다.

제 4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 경사판실을 형성한 실린더블록(1),(2)의 축구멍에 한 쌍의 레이디얼베어링을 통해서 구동축(7)을 회전 가능하게 지지하고 전기한 구동축(7)에 대해 경사판실(9)에 위치하도록 경사판(10)의 보스(10a)를 결합함과 동시에 그 보스(10a)에 형성된 전,후의 선회추력수용면(S1)과 실린더블록(1),(2)에 형성된 전,후의 고정추력수용면(S3)의 사이에 추력베어링(12),(13)을 각각 설치하고, 구동축의 회전에 따른 경사판(10)의 회전에 의해 피스톤에 왕복운동이 주어지도록 한 경사판식 압축기에 있어서, 전기한 양 추력베어링(12),(13)을 구성하는 한쪽의 궤도륜(12a),(13a)의 외주근처의 추력수용면 및 다른쪽의 궤도륜(12a),(13a)의 내주근처의 추력수용면에 대한 전기한 선회추력수용면(S1) 및 고정추력수용면(S3)을 반경방향으로 변위시켜서 접촉된 상태에서 양추력베어링(12),(13)의 조립시에 트러스트방향의 전(前)하중을 부여해 양추력베어링(12),(13)을 탄성변형시켜서 경사지게 하며, 이 경사진 상태에서 전기한 전,후측의 선회추력수용면과, 전,후측의 고정추력수용면 가운데 적어도 내주근처의 선회혹은 고정의 추력수용면이 궤도륜(12a),(13a)의 추력수용면에 대해 평면접촉, 혹은 곡면접촉하도록 선회 혹은 고정의 추력수용면을 경사면혹은 원호면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 경사판식 압축기.
