Abstract

본 발명은 실란올 그룹 또는 알콕시 그룹으로 말단화된 오가노폴리실록산 (A) 100중량부, 규소원자에 결합된 가수분해 가능한 그룹을 분자당 평균 2개 이상 함유하는 오가노실리콘 화합물 (B) 0.1 내지 30중량부, 폴리올레핀 수지를 팽윤시킬 수 있는 하이드록실 함유 유기 화합물(C) 0.5 내지 50중량부 및, 경우에 따라, 필수량의 경화 촉매(D)를 포함하는 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물에 관한 것이다. 당해 조성물은 처리되지 않은 폴리올레핀 수지에 대한 만족할 만한 접착력을 나타내어 실제적인 사용시 오래 견디어내기에 충분한 접착 강도를 제공해준다.

Claims (11)

  1. 실란올 그룹 또는 알콕시 그룹으로 말단화된 오가노폴리실록산(A) 100중량부, 규소원자에 결합된 가수분해 가능한 그룹을 분자당 평균 2개 이상 함유하는 오가노실리콘 화합물(B) 0.1 내지 30중량부 및 폴리올레핀 수지를 팽윤시킬 수 있는 하이드록실 함유 유기 화합물(C) 0.5 내지 50중량부를 포함하는 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필수량의 경화 촉매(D)를 추가로 포함하는 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 오가노폴리실록산의 점도가 25℃에서 100 내지 500,000cSt인 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 오가노폴리실록산의 점도가 25℃에서 2,000 내지 100,000cSt인 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 알콕시 그룹이 메톡시, 에톡시 또는 이소프로폭시인 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 오가노실리콘 화합물(B)의 양이 성분(A) 100중량부당 0.5 내지 15중량부인 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해 가능한 그룹이 알콕시 그룹, 엔옥시 그룹, 이소시아네이토 그룹, 옥심 그룹, 유기 아미노 그룹 또는 아미도 그룹인 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록실 함유 유기 화합물(C)의 양이 성분(A) 100중량부당 1 내지 35중량부인 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록실 함유 유기 화합물이 탄소수 4 내지 16의 환식, 직쇄 또는 측쇄 탄화수소 그룹을 갖는 지방족 알콜 ; 방향족 탄화수소 그룹, 할로겐 원자 또는 벤질아미노 그룹에 의해 치환된 탄소수 2 내지 8의 지방족 알콜 ; 탄소수 6 내지 18의 지방족 디옥 ; 페놀 ; 및 방향족 탄화수소 그룹 및 탄소수 2 내지 8의 환식, 직쇄 또는 측새 지방족 탄화수소 그룹 중의 하나 이상을 갖는 옥심 중에서 선택되는 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록실 함유 유기 화합물이 탄소수 4 내지 16의 환식 또는 직쇄 탄화수소 그룹을 갖는 지방족 알콜 ; 할로겐 원자 또는 벤질아미노 그룹에 의해 치환된 탄소수 2 내지 8의 지방족 알콜 ; 및 방향족탄화수소 그룹 및 탄소수 2 내지 8의 환식 또는 직쇄 지방족 탄화수소 그룹 중의 하나 이상을 갖는 옥심 중에서 선택되는 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 하이드록실 함유 유기 화합물이 탄소수 4 내지 16의 환식 탄화수소 그룹을 갖는 지방족 알콜; 할로겐 원자 또는 벤질아미노 그룹에 의해 치환된 탄소수2 내지 8의 지방족 알콜; 및 방향족탄화수소 그룹 및 탄소수 2 내지 8의 환식 또는 직쇄 지방족 탄화수소 그룹 중의 하나 이상을 갖는 옥심 중에서 선택되는 실온경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
