Abstract

본 발명은 분자쇄 양말단이 가수분해성 실릴기로 봉쇄된 디오르가노폴리실록산 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌을 기재중합체로 하고, 여기에 카르보닐기 함유 유기화합물 및 아미노기 함유 유기 화합물을 배합하여 이루어지는 축합경화형 실온 경화성 고무 조성물에 관한것이다.
공기중의 수분에 의한 경화와 동시에, 카보닐기와 아미노기의 탈수축합에 의해 수분이 조성물 중에 생성되므로, 신속 경화성이 현저하게 향상될 뿐 아니라 심부 경화성도 향상된다.

Claims (2)

  1. (A) 분자쇄 양말단이 가수분해성 실릴기로 봉쇄되고, 25℃에서의 점도가 25 내지 1,000,000 센티스토크인디오르가노폴리실록산 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 중합체, (B)상기 (A)성분 100g당 C=O기가 0. 001 내지 1몰이 되는 양의, 1분자 중에 적어도 1개의 C=O기를 갖는 유기화합물, (C)상기 (A)성분 100g당 NH2기가 0. 001내지 1몰이 되는 양의 1분자 중에 적어도 1개의 NH2기를 갖는 유기화합물을 함유하고, 상기 (B) 및 (C) 성분은 이들이 가지는 C=O와 NH2기가 서로 반응성을 갖도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실온 경화성 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 기재된 조성물을 경화시켜 얻은 경화물.
