Abstract

본 발명은 통신방법 및 그를 수행하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 회로망 또는 셀내에 사용자들의 수를 증가시키는 것이다.
데이타는 CDMA/TDMA 또는 TDMA/CDMA 복합다중액세스를 사용하는 방법에 의해 전송되어, 상보적 부호집합들(전체직교부호들 또는 비상호작용하는 부호들)이 확산부호들로서 사용된다. 기존 또는 기획중인 TDMA 시스템들에 본 발명을 적용할 때, CDMA부분은 TDMA시스템에 부가되어, 그에 의해 확산부호화된 CDMA다중액세스는 TDMA프레임의 매시간슬롯에 사용되며, 그러한 방법으로 사용자들의 수를 증가시킨다. 기술된 방법은 어떠한 파워제어방법 및 어떠한 다중 액세스 간섭상쇄방법을 요구하지 않기때문에, 회로망 또는 셀용량을 증가시킨다.

Claims (12)

  1. 셀룰라 이동통신용 통신방법에 있어서, CDMA/TDMA 또는 TDMA/CDMA 복합다중엑세스가 사용되고, 상기 CDMA부분에서, 사용자들사이에 상보적 부호집합들 또는 전체 직교부호들이 확산부호들로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 경우에 소정 수의 데이타비틀들 또는 데이타심볼들을 포함하는 전송버스트가 전송되어 한 부호원소(Sn1)에 의해 확산변조되며, 그 후 한 전송중지신호가 따르고, 다음 버스트가 전송되어 이전의 확산부호에 직교하는 다른 확산부호(Sn2)에 의해 변조되며, 그 후 다른 전송중지신호가 이어지며, 이와 같은 동작을 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전송중지신호의 길이는 TM+TR+T(단, TM는 멀티패스확산이고, TR는 회로망 또는 셀안에서 신호전송지연차이며, T는 사용자들의 시간동기의 부정확도이다.) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전송중지신호들을 포함하는 모든 부호집합에 의해 상기 전송버스트의 확산변조에 속하는 총 시간(TMUX)은 베이스스테이션수신기에서 확산부호원소들을 변화시키는데 사용되고, 이동스테이션 수신기에서 정합필터들을 변화시키는데 각각 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신방법.
  5. 셀룰라 이동통신용 통신시스템에 있어서, 전송측은 서로서로 접속된 TDMA/ CDMA 또는 CDMA/TDMA 블록들을 포함하고, 수신측은 각각의 TDMA/CDMA 또는 CDMA/ TDMA 블록들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신시스템.
  6. 기존의 TDMA 통신시스템에 부가적으로 CDMA액세서리를 결합함으로써 실행되는 통신시스템.
  7. 복수의 직교무선전화기 통신채널들의 각각에 무선전화기 사용자들의 각 그룹을 할당하는 단계; 및 상기 그룹들의 각 사용자에게 상호적으로 직교확산부호들을 할당하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선전화기 통신방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 직교확산부호들은 상보적 부호집합들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선전화기 통신방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 직교통신채널들을 시분할 다중채널들(time division multiplexed channels)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선전화기 통신방법.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 직교통신채널들은 주파수분할 다중채널들 (frequency division multiplexed channels)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선전화기 통신방법.
  11. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 직교통신채널들은 상이한 극성레벨들 또는 회전방향들을 갖는 반송파의 직각성분들(quadrature components)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선전화기 통신방법.
  12. 복수의 직교무선전화기 통신채널들의 각각에 무선전화기 사용자들의 각 그룹을 할당하는 수단; 및 상기 그룹들의 각 사용자에게 상호적으로 직교확산부호들을 할당하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선전화기 통신시스템.
