Abstract

아날로그 입력 신호의 크기를 대응하는 다수의 디지탈 신호를 변환하기 위한 아날로그/디지탈 변환기는 아날로그 멀티플렉서(2), 오버샘플링 시그마-델타 변조기(8), 추출기와 저역 통과 필터(10), 디지탈 디멀티플렉서(12), 보간기(14) 및 디지탈 매트릭스(16)의 시리즈 배열을 포함하며, 상기는 모두 동시에 작동된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 아날로그 신호를 샘플링 비 Fs의 배수 N(N은 1보다 큰 정수)인 오버샘플링 비 N*Fs를 가진 2가 신호(bivalent signal)로 변환하기 위한 오버샘플링 시그마-델타 변조기(8)와, 상기 2가 신호를 샘플링 비 Fs를 가진 추출된 디지탈 신호로 변환하기 위한 추출기(10)를 포함하는 아날로그 입력신호를 디지탈 출력신호로 변환하기 위한 아날로그/디지탈 변환기에 있어서, K아날로그 신호를 수신하며, 샘플링 비 Fs의 주기 1/Fs내에서 K아날로그 신호(K는 1보다큰 정수)의 연속적인 부분을 포함하는 시간-멀티플렉스 신호를 스그마-델타 변조기(8)에 공급하기 위한 K입력을 가진 아날로그 멀티플렉서(2)와, 추출된 디지탈 출력 신호를 수신하고, 샘플링 비 Fs를 가진 K시간-쉬프트된 디지탈 신호를 공급하기 위한 디지탈 디멀티플렉서(12)와, 서로 관련된 시간에 쉬프트되는 샘플링 비 Fs를 가진 K디지탈 신호를 샘플링 비 Fs를 가진 K동시 보간된 디지탈 신호로 변환하기 위한 디지탈 보간기(14)와, 샘플링 비 Fs를 가지며 K 보간된 신호의 적어도 하나로부터 각각 유도되는 K디지탈 출력 신호로 K보간된 디지탈 신호를 변환하기 위한 디지탈 매트릭스(16)를 포함하는 아날로그/디지탈 변환기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 추출기(10)는 사실상 일정한 인벨로프 지연 및 샘플링 비 Fs에 위치된 3-dB 점을 가진 롤-오프(roll-off)를 갖춘 시간-불연속 유한-임펄스-응답 반-대역 저역통과 필터를 포함하는데, 상기 롤-오프는 사실상 샘플링 비 Fs와 관련하여 중심에서 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 아날로그/디지탈 변환기.
