Abstract

MFI 230/2.16이 2.0g/10min 내지 25g/10min인 프로필렌의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 99.5 내지 99.999중량%와 불소 함량이 50% 이상이고 융점이 250℃ 미만인 불소 함유 열가소성 중합체를 0.01 내지 0.5중량% 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 성형 배합물로 고품질의 캘린더링 폴리프로필렌 필름을 제조할 수 있다. 불소 중합체의 첨가는 이형 작용에 관해서 뿐만 아니라 침착이 현저히 감소하는 면에서 효과적이며, 통상적인 윤활제를 사용하는 경우에 비해 개선된 인취 거동을 제공한다.

Claims (4)

  1. MFI 230/2.16이 2.0g/10min 내지 25g/10min인 프로필렌의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 99.5 내지 99.999중량%와 불소 함량이 50% 이상이고 융점이 250℃ 미만인 불소 함유 열가소성 중합체를 0.01 내지 0.5중량% 포함하는, 캘린더링 필름 제조용 폴리프로필렌 성형 배합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불소 함유 열가소성 중합체의 불소 함량이 70% 이상이고 융점이 100 내지 150℃인 폴리프로필렌 성형 배합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화방지제, 광 안정화제, 금속 불활성화제, 포스페이트와 포스포나이트, 과산화물-포획 화합물, 염기성 공안정화제, 핵제, 충전제와 보강제, 가소제, 형광증백제, 방염제, 대전방지제, 발포제, 윤활제 또는 안료를 추가로 포함하는 성형 배합물.
  4. MFI 230/2.16이 2.0g/10min 내지 25g/10min인 프로필렌의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 99.5 내지 99.999중량%와 불소 함량이 50% 이상이고 융점이 250℃ 미만인 불소 함유 열가소성 중합체를 0.01 내지 0.5중량% 포함하는, 폴리프로필렌 성형 배합물을 가소화하고, 가소화 상태로 필름 캘린더에서 인취하여 캘린더형 필름을 제조하는 방법.
