Abstract

본 발명은 전자기기의 필수 부품인 회로기판용 세라믹스기판으로서 애자 및 전자부품의 하우징과 같은 절연재료 및 내열재료등에 사용되는 저유전계의 저온소결이 가능한 결정화 유리에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 결정화 유리는 MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-TiO2계 유리분말에 융제(flux)로 CeO2가 소량 첨가된 조성으로서 이를 보다 구체적으로 표현하면 SiO240∼55wt%, Al2O315∼30wt%, MgO 15∼25wt%, TiO23∼10% 및 CeO22∼15wt%로 이루어진 조성물이다.
이같은 본 발명의 결정화 조성물은 1000℃ 이하의 저온소결을 통해 치밀하고 저유전계 특성을 지닌 결정화 유리 소결체의 제조가 가능하다는 이점이 있다.
