Abstract

분체(A)를 수송하는 가요성의 도관(3)과 이 도관(3)내에 가스 분사구(6a)가 임하고, 도관(3)내에 간헐적으로 압축공기를 분사하는 펄스가스 분사장치(6)을 구비한 분체 수송장치이다.
도관(3)이 가요성이기 때문에 도관(3)내에 공기펄스를 송출하면 도관(3)이 진동하기 때문에 도관(3)의 내벽에 분체의 부착을 방지할 수 있음과 동시에 도관(3)의 내벽에 부착된 분체도 확실히 제거할 수가 있다. 더구나 단순히 공기펄스를 송출하는 것 뿐이므로 장치자체도 간단하고 또한 조작도 용이하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 분체(A)를 수송하는 가요성의 도관(3)과 가스분사구(6a)가 도관(3)내에 임하고 도관(3)내에 간헐적으로 압축가스를 분사하는 펄스가스 분사장치(6)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 수송장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 가스분사구(6a)가 도관(3)내의 굴곡부분에 임하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 수송장치.
