Abstract

납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료는, 알루미늄재의 표면에 납땜용 금속과 Zn 또는 Zn합금이 섞여진 용사층이 형성되어 있다. 납땜용 금속으로서는, Al와 Si의 혼합체 및/또는 Al-Si계합금, 혹은 Si가 있다. 이 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료는, 납땜용 금속으로 된 제1분말과, Zn은 포함하는 부식방지용인 제2분말을 혼합분말로 하고, 이 혼합분말의 알루미늄재의 표면에 용사하므로써 제조된다.

제1도는, 실시예에 있어서의 용사공정의 개략적 구성도임.
제2도는, 제1도의 요부확대 단면도임.
제3도는, 실시예에서 사용한 용사건의 확대단면도임.
제4도는, 실시예에서 제작한 멀티플로우형 알루미늄 열교환기의 정면도임.
제5도는, 제4도의 열교환기의 튜브와 파형핀을 분리하여 표시하는 사시도임.

Claims (10)

  1. 알루미늄재의 표면에 납땜용금속과, Zn 또는 Zn합금이 섞인 용사층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 납땜용 금속 다수의 입자형상이 비용융조직으로 이루어지고, 이들 입자가 용융응고한 Zn 또는 Zn합금 속에 분산하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료.
  3. 제1항, 제2항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용사층 속에 용제가 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료.
  4. 납땜용 금속으로 된 제1분말과 Zn을 포함하는 방식용인 제2분말을 혼합하여 혼합분말로 하고, 이 혼합분말을 알루미늄재의 표면에 용사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제2분말을 용융시키는 한편 제1분말의 용융을 억제하여 용사를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항, 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1분말의 Al와 Si의 혼합분말 및/또는 Al-Si계 합금분말로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
  7. 제4장, 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1분말이 Si분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
  8. 제4항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1분말과 제2분말이 중량비로 30 : 70 내지 95 : 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
  9. 제4항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항, 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1분말과, 제2분말의 혼합분말에 다시 용제분말이 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제1분말 및 제2분말의 합계와 용제분말이 중량비로 95 : 5 내지 60 : 40인 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜용 부식방지 알루미늄재료의 제조방법.
