Abstract
본 발명은 인버터장치에서 과전류에 의한 인버터의 트립을 방지하는 전류 억제 방법에 관한것으로 제어 cpu가 현재 인버터의 출력 전류를 A/D 콘버터를 통해 읽어서 억제기준 전류보다 커진 경우 인덱스값을 낮추도를 PWM 발생부로 입력되는 인덱스값을 제어함으로써 인버터의 출력 전압을 조정하여 전류의 억제를 달성할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본발명에 의하면 전류 파형의 왜곡을 방지하고 파우어 소자의 파괴를 방지할수 있다.

Claims (2)
- cpu에서 A/D콘버터를 통하여 실전류 ia, ic 순시값을 읽어 id, ig를 계산하므로 전류 순시치 ipeak를 계산하는 단계와, 전류 순시치 ipeak와 억제 기준 전류를 초과하면 인덱스를 Δi씩 감소시키고 억제 기준 전류를 초과하지 않으면 인덱스를 Δi씩 증가시키는 단계와, 상기 인덱스를 Δi씩 증가시킨 상태에서 인덱스와 정상 인덱스의 크기를 정상 인덱스값이 크면 인덱스값을 출력하고 정상 인덱스값이 작으면 정상인덱스 값을 인덱스 값으로 하여 출력하는 단게를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 장치의 전류 억제방법.
- 실전류 ia, ic 순시값을 읽는 단계와, ia, ic 순시값에서 3상 전류를 2상으로 변화시킨 값인 id, ig를 계산하여 전류 순시치 ipeak를 계산하는 단계와, 상기 전류 순시치 ipeak의 에러양과 억제 기준 전류를 비례 적분 제어하여 전류 순시치 ipeak가 억제기준 전류를 초과하면 정상 인덱스보다 감소된 인덱스 값을 출력하고 전류 순시치 ipeak가 억제 기준 전류보다 작으면 정상 인덱스 값을 출력하는 단계로 된 것을 특징으로하는 인버터 장치의 전류 억제 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
