Abstract
본 발명의 판독/기록 헤드는 2중소자 자기저항 감지헤드(38)와 중첩된 유도헤드(36)로 구성되는 바, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서, 상기 자기저항감지헤드(38)의 구조는 바람직하게는 철망간으로 된 반강자성체 충돌(14)(16)이 중착되는 2개의 이격된 자기저항충돌(10)(12)로 구성되어, 상기 반강자성체 충동(14)(16)이 자기저항충들(10)(12)과 하마께 교환비이어스층으로 작용하여, 역으로 자기매체의 표면에 수직하게 자기저항층(10)(12)을 바이어스 시킴으로써 기록된 자기신호들이 미분적으로 가지되어 출력신호가 증폭되고 신호대잡음비가 개선되는 효과가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 다른 2중 자기저항 헤드 조립체의 부분적 파단 개략 단면도,
제2도의 제1도에서 차폐물(20)(22)이 생략되고, 도선 (24)(26)(34)을 도시하되, 이들 도선중 2가닥이 자기저항헤드 구조의 감지 트랙폭을 한정하게 한 것을 나타낸 자기저항헤드 조립체의 부분사시도.
제3도는 가로 좌표에 따른 교환장(He)과 바이어스장(Hb)의 크기범위를 예시하기위해 전체차장에 대한 자기저항소자의 저항률 변화를 도시한 곡선,
제4도는 본 발명에 따라 만들어진 결합유도 기록 헤드와 2중 자기저항소자 판독헤드의 부분 파단면도이다.
Claims (11)
1,2차 자기저항 소자들(10)(12)가; 상기의 1,2차 자기저항 소자들(10)(12)위에 각각 증착되는 1,2차 반강자성체 박막들 (14)(16) 및; 상기의 1,2차 자기저항소자들(10)(12)의 사이에 배열되는 절연층(18)으로 구성되는 자기 매체위에 기록된 시호를 판독하기 위한 2중 소자 자기저항 감지헤드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항 소자들(10)(12)에 인접하게 배치되는 연자성(軟磁性) 차폐물들(20)(22)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 매체위에 기록된 신호를 판독하기 위한 2중 소자 자기저항 감지헤드.
제2항에 있어서, 상기 차폐물질(20)(22)이 퍼말로이로 만들어지며, 각각의 두께가 약 2.5마이크로인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 매체위에 기록된 신호를 판독하기 위한 2중 소자 자기저항 감지헤드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 반강자성체 박막들(14)(15)이 철망간(FeMn)으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 매체위에 기록된 신호를 판독하기 위한 2중 소자 자기저항 감지헤드.
제4항에 있어서, 상기 반강자성체 박막들(14)(15)이 두께가 약 100-300옹스트롬인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 매체위에 기록된 신호를 판독하기 위한 2중 소자 자기저항 감지헤드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 반강자성체 박막들(14)(15)이 상기 자기저항소자들(10)(12)과 동일한 범위에 걸쳐 공존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 매체위에 기록된 신호를 판독하기 위한 2중 소자 자기저항 감지헤드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 1,2차 자기저항소장들(10)(12)이 거의 동일한 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 매체위에 기록된 신호를 판독하기 위한 2중 소자 자기저항 감지헤드.
제7항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항소장들(10)(12)이 두께가 각기 약 100-500옹스트롬인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 매체위에 기록된 신호를 판독하기 위한 2중 소자 자기저항 감지헤드.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 반강자성체 박막들(14)(16)이 상기 자기 매체들의 표면에 대해 거이 수직한 방향으로 인가되는 교환바이어스 자장을 상기의 자기저항소자들(10)(12)에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 매체위에 기록된 신호를 판독하기 위한 2중 소자 자기저항 감지헤드.
다수의 이격된 자기저항 부재들(10)(12)과 상기 저기저항부재들(10)(12)위에 중착되는 다수의 반강자성체 부재들(14)(16)이 구비된 자기저항감지헤드(38)와; 상기 자기저항 감지헤드(38) 위로 형성되는 유도기록헤드(36)로 구성된 자기매체위의 신호들을 기록하고 판독하기 위한 판독/기록 자기헤드.
제10항에 있어서, 상기 주재들(10)(12)(14)(16)이 박막층인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기매체 위에 신호들을 기록하고 판독하기 위한 판독/기록 자기헤드.
